Rachel and Lizzie are absolutely phenomenal event planners! I cannot recommend them enough to anyone planning an event—whether it's an intimate gathering or a full-scale wedding weekend. From the very beginning, they were a dream to work with: incredibly responsive (we’re talking replies within minutes!), endlessly patient, and completely on top of every single detail. Their communication is next-level, their timelines are laser-precise, and their organization skills are unmatched. Not only that, but they’re both genuinely delightful humans who bring a calm, positive, can-do energy to everything they touch. Our wedding was a destination celebration on an island that came with a whole set of unique challenges—limited resources, tricky logistics, and curveballs at every turn—but Rachel and Lizzie handled it all with grace, creativity, and total confidence. They turned what could have been stressful into pure joy and magic. Thanks to them, the entire weekend felt effortless and unforgettable. We felt fully taken care of and were able to be completely present with our loved ones. If you want your event to be flawlessly executed and filled with heart, look no further. Choosing Lizzie and RBE to plan our wedding with us was without a doubt the best decision of our entire wedding process!!! I speak for my husband and both our families when I say it was truly a joy to work with Lizzie from start to finish. I still don’t know how she managed to make both the exhaustive months of planning and the countless day of coordination efforts so organized and seemingly effortless… but she did! It was the greatest day/night of our lives and absolutely perfect in every way — it really is all thanks to Lizzie and RBE!!!

My husband & I worked with Lizzie / RBE to plan two separate wedding ceremonies: a small intimate church ceremony and an almost 200-person ceremony & reception at a large NYC venue two days later. They had very different needs and priorities, and Lizzie handled both with professionalism, perfection, and care. I'm a very type-A planner myself, and Lizzie matched my energy from day one with her organized spreadsheets, monthly to-do lists and check-ins, and impeccable attention to detail. Lizzie consistently went above and beyond for us -- no request was out of the question. She even worked directly with our families to execute a surprise cake, which was one of the highlights of our entire weekend! On wedding day, she made us feel calm, supported, and taken care of, always reminding us to stay present and enjoy the moment for ourselves (which we could do because we knew that everything would be handled!). Thanks to the RBE team, our wedding was executed flawlessly and turned out even better than we expected. On a personal level, Lizzie is caring, thoughtful, positive, friendly, and kind hearted. She got to know our families and cared about making the day special for them as well. I could go on and on… but in short -- if you hire RBE for your wedding, it will be the best decision you'll ever make.

Hiring Rachel was without a doubt the BEST decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. I truly don’t know how anyone plans a wedding without her. I knew from the minute we met that she was exactly what we needed. Rachel made everything feel seamless, stress-free, and even fun. She was always ten steps ahead, thinking through every detail, offering solutions before problems even arose, and ensuring our day was absolutely perfect. We were so blown away by how incredible she was during the wedding planning process that we hired her to help with the rehearsal dinner as well! Having Rachel involved made us feel so confident in what we were doing, knowing her and her team had it handled. Beyond her impeccable organization, Rachel's relationships with her vendors made all the difference. Rachel takes pride in working with her clients directly. She’s involved from start to finish. When needed, she’ll bring on associates who will work side-by-side with her. She’s met incredible professionals over the years and brings on like-minded and task-oriented individuals like herself.

Rachel has been a planner all her life (it’s embedded in her personality) but she’s been professionally planning events since 2010, when she managed nationwide events across college campuses with Rent the Runway. Too many to count! From corporate to social to weddings—there have been hundreds of events.

Couples should expect to spend a minimum of $1,000 per guest for a wedding. Please note that this estimate includes the wedding night only, not our planning fee, your wardrobe, etc. To ensure an unforgettable event, we want our clients to experience working with the best vendors possible. It depends on your event! Rachel will be your main point of contact and she’ll assemble a team of trusted freelancers and stylists to bring your vision to life. Additionally, she has a team of seasoned operation managers to assist on the Big Day.

Super fun :) We’ll take our time getting to know you and your vision for the event. You’ll then be presented with vendors who are not only amazing at what they do, but are also good people. You deserve the best—and that’s what we’ll provide, incorporating unique twists and exciting ideas that reflect your personal taste and style. RBE will be there for you at every moment you want us to be, from setup to take-down. On the day of your party, you’ll be able to be your own guest and not worry about a thing.

We’re in the office from Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm. While we’re flexible with evening meetings, we need notice to secure them. It’s very rare that we can take weekend meetings (due to our wedding and social clients), BUT we will never say “no” before trying our best to accommodate.

Our passports are ready! Whether your event is domestic or foreign, we’ll be there! Keep in mind, events outside of New York and the Tri-State area include additional fees. Contact us to inquire!

We provide guidance every step of the way, from helping you select vendors to reviewing contracts. While you’ll be responsible for paying the vendors directly, we’ll keep you on track by sending upcoming payment reminders.
