We are a boutique Event Planning Company. We are best friends that love all things about weddings and events! Our passion is not just in"planning" weddings or events... but in creating, designing and coordinating an "Unforgettable Experience". Experiences, that are creatively and lovingly detailed to tell your unique and beautiful love story or journey. No two couples’ love stories, journeys, personalities or tastes are the same so, why should your wedding or event look like anyone else's? It would be our pleasure to give you a fun, stress-free and collaborative wedding or event planning experience!

Our primary focus is always our couples of course. What is also important to us are their families' and guests' experience throughout the entire event. We make sure everyone has an unforgettable experience!

Our "Soup to Nuts" Package. If you don't have the time to plan your entire wedding or just want a Professional to handle it all, this is the package for you! Together we will plan, design and coordinate a memorable event experience, that tells the story of your journey as a couple. A love story for all your friends and family to be a part of, and that for you has only just begun!

Our “Just the Two of Us” Package. For the couple that wants to have a simple NYC Civil Ceremony, followed by a lovely celebratory lunch, or dinner with family and friends. We can put together all the details needed to celebrate your elopement, with restaurant reservations, florals, music and transportation. We love the specialness and intimacy of celebrating just the “two of you”!

Our "Peace Of Mind" Package. If you have planned your entire wedding, but want to make sure all of your hard work gets executed seamlessly, this package is perfect for you! We will get all of your wedding day details and curate a timeline for the day. Coordination of your entire wedding event, starting with the rehearsal and ending with your reception will be in our expert hands. This way you can sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding day!

    We didn't think we needed wedding coordinators because we weren't planning a big, elaborate wedding. We wanted something small and meaningful—an intimate celebration with about 60 - 70 close family and friends —and figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves. We chose a restaurant, sent out invitations, and thought we had things under control. But our thinking shifted once we started considering the logistics of the actual day—including seemingly simple things like how to arrange chairs for the ceremony. Friends and family offered to help, but we wanted them to enjoy the event as guests, not worry about the details. After speaking with Ingrid and Gloria and reviewing their very reasonable proposal, we felt good about bringing them on. Over the next two months, they kept us organized, offered thoughtful and constructive suggestions, and were a steady source of calm and encouragement. They listened earnestly to what we wanted and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both personal and polished. We also really appreciated their help communicating and coordinating with vendors, including the restaurant, our photographer, and our musician. It took a lot of pressure off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands. What we've come to realize is that the best work of wedding coordinators is often invisible to guests—but when it's done well, the event flows effortlessly and feels just right. That's exactly what Ingrid and Gloria made possible for us, and we're so grateful.

    Gloria and Ingrid DELIVERED. They were both so thoughtful and on top of everything. They truly made our day so special and seamless. Biggest thing was keeping the flow of the events! I was at a wedding recently and all the dead air really helped highlight just how awesome our day of was. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

    My husband and I knew we wanted a small wedding and did not want to takeore than 10 months to plan. Ingrid and Gloria were able to find amazing vendors for us that met our vision, fit our budget, and even schedule meetings with them. Our day was perfect.

    We have worked with Ever-After for over decade now and they are incredible advocates for their clients. They are easy to work with, detail oriented and allow the caterers to focus on what we do best; food, drinks and service. Ingrid and Gloria love their clients and their clients love them.
