The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.

Brick and Bower is a great new addition to an amazing lineup of venues from Epic Events. Having used their venue Lot 8 for a non-profit event, I was very excited to have toured and booked another event with the Hotel and Event Space, Brick and Bower. Dove Canyon by Wedgewood Weddings was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. The communication with the staff was great - they always replied to our questions and emails promptly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The staff was also incredibly flexible and helpful with problem-solving any issues that came up. All the staff members were so nice and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and that all of our needs and wants were met. From the very beginning, the team was responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the planning process. On the day of the wedding, the venue was beautifully set up and the staff provided full-service support to ensure everything ran smoothly. When I needed help figuring out how to frame our sweetheart table, Bryce gave us a fabulous suggestion to move the venue-provided arch from the ceremony area to behind the table - it turned out gorgeous! The Atrium at Oso Creek Golf Course is an amazing venue! It’s a charming open canvas for weddings and other private events. Brides and Grooms - You are in excellent hands! The entire management team were fantastic and fun to work with. Rochelle, Paul, and Dereck are experienced and run a smooth facility. To my fellow vendors - the load-in process is clear and smooth. There is a little bit of a push to the Atrium but its wheels access straight from the parking lot. All of the staff are really nice.

We had an amazing experience with Wedgewood Weddings in Aliso Viejo in January 2025. The venue is gorgeous with an amazing fireplace altar option and great views of a golf course. The flowers around the building are stunning and provided great backdrops for our photos. I loved that almost everything was “all inclusive” pricing and vendors but you could still customize things as you want. It made the planning process a lot easier. All of their preferred vendors we used were great (cake, florals, and DJ). Their planning team was very responsive throughout the whole process and provided a full planning binder to help with all of the information. Kimberlyn was our day of coordinator and I can’t enough good things about her. She was on top of every detail and made our day seamless. Our banquet caption, Lily, was also very attentive and got us everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Wedgewood for anyone who wants an “all inclusive” wedding planning experience.

The traditional Mexican Palenque was an arena that hosted many large parties and even battles that date back to a Mayan civilization that still stands today in Chiapas, Mexico. El Adobe added the Palenque Room to match this Mexican event space concept and host larger parties of its own. Weddings had long since been taking place at El Adobe but with the new Palenque Room and Chapel location in the adjacent Garden, it gave guests a dedicated space to host a grand wedding celebration with up to 250 guests in attendance. One of the most well-known features of this room is the retractable ceiling that opens up almost 40ft across to expose the skies above San Juan Capistrano. The room and its Garden have evolved over time adding a full bar of its own and spacious restrooms to accommodate the larger guest count. So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.

Just had our wedding here on 9/28/24 and wow where can I start??! From the beginning when we toured the venue, we had no idea what to expect considering this was one of the more relatively lower budget venues we were touring at. So imagine our surprise when we got there and saw this venue, which was even more gorgeous than the more expensive ones we looked at previously. Pictures don’t really do this place justice. The venue has a Spanish-colonial design which makes for a perfect backdrop for photos. The arches both outside and inside the building really makes it feel grand. The string lights in the courtyard are so pretty, both in the daylight and when they’re lit up at nighttime. The hills of rolling green grass in the background really give off that golf club aesthetic and all the palm trees around the venue really pop off and give California vibes. The view of the grassy lawn and palm trees I saw when I walked down the aisle was truly breathtaking and I’ll never forget this moment. But mostly, we were in such good hands with Michael as the director. He comes from tons of experience (over 2000 weddings) and really treats your special day with so much empathy and care. Him and Mayra helped us out in so many ways: -Set up our welcome table, seating chart display, and decorations with very little direction. I didn’t have time during rehearsal to let them know how and where to set it up, and when the wedding day came, everything was already set up so beautifully. -We didn’t know we had to ask for a mic from our DJ, so we didn’t have one, and Michael took care of that problem very quickly. -Michael walked me around the back entrance of the venue before I walked down the aisle, my pointy heels kept getting stuck in the ripped hole in my wedding dress and Michael helped me pull it out twice. -Mayra helped me change into my 2nd wedding dress when I wasn’t able to find my bridesmaids near me. -Michael swept up the fake money off the floor during reception, and also hand delivered us our signature drinks when we asked for them. -I requested a signature drink that they’ve never made before and Michael personally tried out a bunch of recipes and helped pick out the best one. Overall, Michael and Mayra put so much care and thought towards this special moment of our lives. With this venue, you get it all-the perfect coordinators and the most beautiful setting. Some other things to note-food was amazing, both cocktail hour and reception. The food was also plated and presented very well too. The only area of improvement would be that there is no bridal/groom suite. It wasn’t an issue for us since there is a fitting room on site. But in the future, it there is an opportunity, building a bridal/groom suite would improve the experience for others greatly.

The included vendors were also fantastic - Andrew with The Cliff, Shealyn with Fantasy Floral Designs, Rossmoor Pastries, Todd our DJ from Epic1 Entertainment were all so kind and, alongside some amazing outside vendors, helped make the day memorable!! Adina and the Event Set crew transformed the GMMA into a beautiful wedding site and experience. We picked them because the price was right and the views were beautiful. On the day of the event the flowers were more grand than we expected for our price point, the DJ was engaging, and the food was better than any wedding I’ve attended. They accommodated our Indo-Western wedding with great Indian and western food. We even had his and hers mocktails. The food was the most customizable experience we found on the market. And it was tasty max. Adina is respectful, caring and patient. Your photos will be amazing with the view and the flowers. Especially if you have Trisha as your photographer. She is a master of lighting and angles. She makes quick work of editing and getting the photos back to you. Overall a great experience, less stress, and an all inclusive experience with lots of personalization.

My husband and I got married June 2023 at one of their beachfront properties in Lake Elsinore. They made sure the beach looked perfect before our wedding day and it was completely stress free communication with them. Our vendors came and set up with ease and it wowed our guest when they arrived. My husband and I got married at the Estate 9.28.24 and I cannot begin to express how incredible of an experience it all was from beginning to end. The journey began last November when I started researching venues. The Estate popped up on my instagram and at a quick glance it looked like everything I was looking for. I really wanted a sort of “backyard” wedding but with a lot of personality. I requested to be sent more info and shortly after I got a call from Jovan who gave me a brief over view of what they offer. Now right off the bat it just seemed too good to be true. Ceremony and reception in one spot, ample parking, bride and groom getting ready suites, we could supply alcohol for the bar, DJ provided, catering included, super reasonably priced. We then booked a tour and I told myself to keep my mind open as this was going to be our very first tour of any potential venues. Well it took all about 20 minutes before I knew there was no way I’d be leaving without locking in a date. So then we locked in the date! Any question I had would be immediately responded to, Mimi and Jovan were totally on it. Then the big day finally came and everything was absolutely perfect. Decor is exactly where it needed to be, the flow of the ceremony was flawless, the DJ knew all the right ques, Yanel was SO attentive to my husband and I, always asking if we needed anything at all or bringing us a drink. I truly can say my day went perfectly without any issues. Like I went into it expecting a small hiccup, I mean something is always bound to happen that’s life. But nothing! It was all perfect!! I cannot recommend this venue enough. Mimi, Jovan, Yanel, Rigo were all just the most amazing human beings and I’m sad it’s all over. The venue is just stunning on its own and has TONS of picture opportunities. My photographer said it was his favorite he’s ever worked at because of that. Don’t wait, book a tour now. Their amazing team will make sure your day is perfect.

I would highly recommend booking your special event by Fairview Green River, we had an amazing experience! Our Coordinator was Sandra and she was amazing, so kind and sweet, great to work with through the entire process. The package she offered made the planning process easier; it took the stress out of planning. All the vendors they use are top notch, food was great, cake was amazing, DJ was great, had everyone dancing all night, amazing dancing music. The in-house catering was all amazing! My guests commented on how delicious the food was! The appetizers were fantastic. An hour before the event was over, we had Bacon Wrapped Hot dogs for a snack, they were delicious. Highly recommend. All the servers helping throughout the celebration were all So nice, kind and helpful. Our 40th Anniversary celebration was exactly like we pictured. It was truly unforgettable. This was a huge milestone and we are so glad we chose Fairview Green River!

Best venue in SoCal! As a catering company, we work at many different venues, and Fete the Venue is by far our favorite. It’s the best! We have catered for a variety of unique events there, and the ballroom transfers to whatever theme you can dream up. It’s a blank slate to work with, very light and airy, and the high ceilings give it a nice open look. It’s exciting to see how different the room looks each time we are there. The outside patio is a wonderful option for your guests to get a breath of fresh air, or set the theme for the event, and it is a beautiful ceremony site. Opening the roll-up doors make an awesome grand entrance for any event, especially a Wedding reception. It is on one level, so there are no stairs or elevators to deal with, and very convenient for the guests to park and enter easily. It’s very well maintained, and always clean. There is always staff on-site at every event, so there is never a problem that isn’t solved quickly, and everyone is such a pleasure to work with, especially Sarah. She is amazing! I was the planner for my daughter's wedding at the Hyatt Newport. From start to finish, we were all thrilled with the coordination throughout by Hayley, the service staff the day of, and the venue. The ceremony in the Amphitheater was lovely, the cocktail hour followed there, and the dinner reception for 100 guests was in the Garden Patio. The Garden Patio was simply perfect. Trees and plants surrounded the area; lights were strung across the patio ... the space felt like a magical oasis all their own to enjoy with their friends and family. Simply beautiful. The firepit was an added bonus, enjoyed all evening with smores kits available for our guests at the end of the reception. Hyatt offered an amazing wedding package, just about everything we needed they were able to provide on-site, which made coordinating with one person for everything quite easy. Having the reception on site of where our guests could also stay was an added bonus as well. We even did the rehearsal luncheon on-site. It was truly a perfect space in Newport for guests to arrive and enjoy without having to drive. There were many great locations around the resort perfect for photos. Hayley was exceptional to work with. Communication was great. The food was amazing. The venue so beautiful. We can't say enough positive things about the Hyatt Newport and all who helped make their day so special. Our thanks to Hayley and her team.
