“My husband and I were from out of town and hired Sean to photograph us at a Christmas gala at the place we got married. He was accommodating to last minute changes to make the most of the session and even went above and beyond to make it happen. Upon first impression, he was upbeat and had a vision. We were outside in sub 30 degree weather with fading evening light as well as low light inside a building and he was up for the challenge. We ended up with beautiful images in less than ideal conditions and that is what makes a great photographer. Sean has a sense of humor and an eye for that perfect photograph. Hi! I'm Brittany, and I'm a photographer, painter, graphic designer in Charlottesville, Virginia. My passion in life is creating art that elevates story and human connection, and weddings are a unique crossroads in life where those two things unfold in powerful ways. Although I am primarily a photographer in the wedding industry, capturing the moments big and small, I also do floral design, invitation design, and keepsake paintings for couples, and therefore have a unique understanding of and appreciation for all that goes making a wedding special and keeping those memories preserved for many years to come.

“Amanda was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I can't say enough great things about Amanda. She is incredibly talented and the consummate professional. We went a non-traditional route for our wedding, deciding to get married in the morning off the blue ridge parkway, and then hike up to the top of humpback rocks with our guests to celebrate our marriage at the top of a mountain. That meant having Amanda get up early to capture the ceremony and then do the hike with us (haha!). She was incredible, and brought along her photographer friend to help during the morning to get all the action. Later that evening, she met back up with us when we cleaned up for some portraits with family, and some of our absolute favorite couple photos we've ever taken on the downtown mall. I don't feel like words do justice -- the photos of our memories say everything I couldn't ever possibly put into words. I should also mention that thanks to her phenomenal photos, we were one of the couples selected for a Cville wedding magazine issue! Amanda is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We will always be thankful for her and think of her often when we pass our beautiful canvas photos of that day hanging around our house. :)”

We got married at King Family Vineyards this summer and that's where I first saw some of Aaron's photos. I was just blown away. He has this way capturing the fun little moments, and also creating more serious shots that are just epic (with and without a drone)! He's one of a kind and super fun to work with. We had him and his wife Lisa shooting at our wedding, and I have such great memories goofing off with the two of them out in the vineyards getting some beautiful shots. He has been doing this for a long time and he knows every angle, every trick in the book. He also knows and works well with all of the Charlottesville-area wedding vendors.
