Both of my grandmother’s and the creativity of my creole heritage have inspired my baking. I love playing around with colors, textures, and flavors. Sweet E's Pastries is a small, family-owned husband and wife team who love creating desserts that are both visually captivating and delicious. E is short for Erin who has loved to bake since her grandma first tied her apron strings when she was little! Her husband Allen is often busy behind the scenes, building display pieces, keeping track of inventory, taste testing (quality control!), and delivering the goods.
