First and foremost, they are all talented, professional, and brought a large repertoire to the table. Christina is a fantastic singer, with big range. She is also a great business person, again with exceptional range - handling our light, acoustic service music, our post-wedding cocktail music, and our reception music. All live - which kicked the sheeet out of a DJ. She also MC’d. For weddings, hitting hitches is bad - there were none.\n\nThe long version: Our wedding was a Sunday. It was in a more remote area from LA - Temecula. My wife had just been injured in a car accident - so we were a little nervous but the event was still a go with many people flying in. I am a musician and my wife and I had made the decision that live music was what we wanted for our big celebration. In hindsight, my only regret is the Sunday wedding because we hired Modern Highway to do our music and they were on fire. And some guests had to think about…Monday.\n\nBut Christina and the band really held things together. It was a fun event and a big piece of that was the music. Christina brought a tremendous amount of energy. Her voice is electric and, when it came time to dance, the band brought it. Christina was very active moving through the crowd, dancing and singing. It is so hard to do that well - to be the energy.\n\nWhere we needed “other” services, for first dances, parent dances, introductions, ceremony, etc., Christina & Modern Highway had it all covered. In a few cases we needed streamed music - covered. We needed someone to make the event go from the mic - covered. In a unique circumstance, my own band wanted to play - covered. If I’d been them, I would have said no. And frankly, based on what I saw from Christina, we could not have had a better person handling the mic that night.\n\nMy wife and I look back on our wedding day as a true blessing - a day we were ecstatic about on the spot. When I first started talking with Leo about his availability he was prompt in his communication and also offered to learn new song material beyond his already extensive set list. This was what really made Leo an exceptional value to us. His offer of learning special songs for us, attention to detail, timeliness in communication as well as showing up on time at our cold and rainy outdoor ceremony site were what he delivered. His band sounded great and he also nailed everyone of our requested songs. In my opinion Leo and his band were ultimately a great fit for us. His value in comparison to other bands I spoke with was unsurpassed. It's a shame that far to often when the term wedding comes up in the hiring process, bands and other vendors seem to charge more for no other reason than the simple fact that they chose to do so. Leo did not over charge for his services and his performance was simply amazing. My guests didn't stop raving about how awesome the band was. He made our wedding special with his professionalism, kindness and the unique sound of his band. He was engaging with the crowd and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Wild Faith again for any future needs. I highly recommend talking to Leo about any live music performances you need to book.
