“Such an amazing experience working with Wedgewood weddings. I love that they have many different venue options to fit every couple's price point and that it is an all inclusive option. The only things not included were the dress/tux (obviously) and any photography or videography. We however ended up spending a bit more on flowers as we didn't realize that the bouquet and flowers for the bridal party were not included (only table centerpieces) but compared to other florists in the area, their vendor still had the best prices. The process of the planning was pretty seamless. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I was able to reach out to the venue and get the answers or help needed. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Not a single thing went wrong and I couldn't be more grateful for my two wedding coordinators that day (the evening coordinator had a different title but can't remember what it was) but they were both so helpful, kind and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day and/or experience!”

“The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.”

“This is the perfect reception venue. Nicola the event coordinator immediately called me after I submitted an inquiry and from then on her communication was amazing. The museum went out of their way (to include leaving up pieces of art that they knew we loved for our reception) to make our day so special. You need very minimum decorations because the art truly shines and the space is beautiful. The building is modern, which allowed for our own creativity like projecting large images on the outside, facing the street. Our guests raved about it and when not dancing or enjoying food were able to wander the galleries and even purchase some art! I was able to create a special space for kids to get creative as well. Of all the venues we toured the museum gave us the most flexibility and options and we’re very gracious about what vendors we could use allowing us to have a truly custom event that represented our lives and relationship. I am so thankful for the staff at OMA for making our experience so exceptional! “We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! I couldn't have done this without her, Codie, I'll forever be grateful for all of your help and pure kindness. The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing. Our vision is founded on the belief that when given the opportunity, people discover each other’s humanity and happily live and learn side by side. Wedding packages include a wedding party suite, wedding party meeting room, 30 min horse photos with trainer, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, bar, heaters, benches, security (when catering is booked) and more. “Wow wow wow! We truly can’t say enough amazing things about our experience getting married at Ethereal Gardens. From start to finish, my husband and I felt so taken care of. We worked with Bernadette as our wedding planner and she couldn’t have been more of a joy to work with. She was so detailed oriented and attentive, which made the planning process feel easy and fun, and she truly brought our dream wedding to life. On our wedding day there was a mixup in days with our donut vendor (so they didn’t show up) and literally within a matter of an hour Bernadette and her team found a new vendor, placed a new order, and even took the liberty to go pick up and deliver the 100 donuts.. they made sure my husband and I knew any hiccups or stresses were taken care of by them so we could just enjoy our day day. They also let us bring our dog which was an amazing perk! The venue is stunning and the Ethereal Gardens team will do everything in their power to make sure your day is a DREAM - highly recommend! “The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.”

“Our wedding was a dream and there is nothing we would have done differently. The venue, decor, and atmosphere provided by the Wedgewood team felt perfect and personal. We are especially thankful to our coordinator Katey, who made us feel welcome and taken care of. She truly went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have imagined a better person to be our coordinator. Our banquet captain, Christina, was lovely and it meant a lot that she constantly came to check on us throughout the night and made sure we had everything we needed. We also want to thank Andrea, our DJ, who helped us modify our timeline on the fly when we were running a bit late and was right on point with our music. One of the most special moments was our private dance at the very end of the night. Andrea played our song and then both she and the Wedgewood staff turned away and let us have the moment completely to ourselves. It was a moment I will never forget and I'm so thankful that we stumbled across Canopy Grove and decided to tour the venue (in fact, it was the only wedding venue we toured because we knew right away).
