We have a very generous inventory of decor items that you may use...all included in the venue rental rate. This leaves you with a budget to spend on other important aspects of your special day. We can do an all-inclusive quote for your OR leave the vendor selection up to you! Either way, our staff at the Willow Creek Inn will assist you in making your every dream come true. Located at the heart of the property is a 20 foot soaring iron gazebo perfect for a ceremony backdrop. This unforgettable space hosts weddings, receptions, family reunions, and corporate retreats year around. This space can comfortably host 125 guests. Additionally, Our creekside location can host smaller ceremonies as well as stunning photo sessions. Don Hoel's Cabins also has 18 on-site cabins for guest accommodations. Should you or your guests want to spend a night or more in the Oak Creek Canyon, we provide studio to 3-bedroom cabins with kitchens.

Destination at Oak Creek is an idyllic setting and location for your intimate wedding, micro-wedding or elopement! The property is nestled in the Red Rocks of Oak Creek Canyon. With flowing mature trees, lush green grass, beautiful landscaping and the soothing sound of a breathtaking waterfall, our event lawn and cabins are the perfect romantic setting for an Oak Creek Canyon celebration. Packages start with a two-night buyout giving you exclusive access of the property. We are able to accommodate up to eighty guests on our 4,000 sq. ft. event lawn. The ten recently renovated cabins are finished in a modern rustic decor and vary in size to accommodate two to six guests per cabin. We also offer four chalet style suites that can accommodate up to two guests each. All accommodations have a kitchenette plus propane grills can be found along the patios of some units. You are welcome to bring in the caterer and decorator of your choice to enhance what is already a perfect setting.
