I had My ceremony (outside) & reception (inside) and it was such a wonderful time! I did the family-style menu and all the food was delicious. The reception area in the all seasons room was beautiful with the light globe. The bartenders and servers were very attentive and polite. All of our guests loved the food, the chocolate fountain, and of course the late-night bowling!! \n\nThe communication with the venue was my main pain point as I was appointed multiple sales managers as it seemed like they were going through a management change. I thought it was odd that I talked with the sales manager for all of my communication regarding the wedding up until the day of I was assigned an event manager who I met 1 hour before my ceremony. However, when our official reception time was up at 11pm, the staff turned on all the lights and rushed us to gather our belongings and vacate the reception hall immediately. This made the end of our special night feel a bit abrupt and hurried.
