We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. “Luci did our flowers for our wedding on 9/25/21. I am a covid wedding that needed to be postponed from 2020. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was special. When I had any concerns, she would jump on a call with me to re assure me everything was going to be taken care of. She made me 10 bridesmaid bouquets, 2 bouquets for my mom and mother in law, a gorgeous bouquet for myself, an extra boutonniere, and even added flowers to our cake (which was very bare) without us having to ask. Not to mention 16 different sized floral center pieces and greenery for our kings table. She is reasonably priced, uses seasonal flowers, and goes the extra mile for her clients. “I had the most beautiful bouquet for my City Hall civil ceremony, but no firm plans for the bouquet post-wedding. My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. I'd highly recommend her services to preserve a piece of your special day.”
