“Let's start by saying that the food was fantastic. From the kalimotxo pulled pork to the heirloom grits to the chargrilled oysters, every aspect of the meal was delicious, distinctive, and memorable. But hiring a caterer is about a lot more than just the flavor of the food.
My wife and I planned our own wedding, and we wanted a caterer who was reliable, efficient, communicative, and down to earth. Adam fit the bill in every possible way. He was responsive to our emails, communicated with clarity, provided robust and varied menu options, hosted a straightforward but cozy (and delicious) tasting for us and some friends, and took care of everything on his end once the big day rolled around, without any unexpected issues. He never tried to upsell us or push a particular package - which, if you've done any wedding planning, you know happens constantly.
There was none of the phony salesmanship I came to associate with wedding planning. He's a chef and a caterer. He did exactly what we needed, and he did it extremely well. His approach suited our DIY wedding perfectly, and everyone at the wedding enjoyed the meal (and I happily feasted on leftovers for days afterward).
I cannot recommend his catering services highly enough. He makes excellent food and has an earnest, direct way of dealing with his clients.”
