The venue sits on 40 acres, full of mature oaks and beautiful landscaping. The outdoor ceremony site is held under a 400+ year old oak tree, with branches cascading down and seating to accommodate 250 guests. Guests then move seamlessly to our cocktail hour patio and inside for the reception. Our venue boasts 25 foot ceilings, with gorgeous chandeliers to bring a classy touch. The white shiplap walls, large windows & french doors create the perfect lighting for pictures & an elegant ambiance. One of our favorite personal touches is the balcony lounge, featuring a private bar, indoor balcony overlooking the dance floor, and a covered outdoor patio area. Before the wedding, the bridal party and family can enjoy our spacious bridal suite, equipped with 6 vanity spaces, a private full bathroom & plenty of cozy lounge spots. The groom’s room is the perfect man cave, with a built in bar, TV’s, and leather couches - yep, we thought of everything!

You’ll fall in love with our stained-glass windows and sparkling chandeliers that hang in our temperature-controlled Barn. From the stamped concrete floor to the tin ceilings to the reclaimed wood doors, our carefully planned details set us apart from other venues. We have indoor and outdoor event space, bride and groom suites, silo bathrooms, a beautiful covered outdoor patio, ranch animals and more. Take a step back in time when you enter the Ranch House that has origins from the 1880’s. It is full of historical character, while also providing modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With space to sleep up to 27 people, the house also provides many spaces to entertain. Included with the house is a covered outdoor kitchen; pool with a swim-up bar, waterfall and hot tub; basketball and volleyball courts; and many other amenities for you to enjoy.

West River House is an homage to a Vermont covered bridge and houses an art collection to create a museum-like experience with breathtaking views over Lake Dunlap. A dining area under the covered bridge has 25-foot high ceilings and provides a Harry Potter feel with interiors of the bridge designed using original barn wood. Pass to the lake side of the house and there is floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies, patios, and vestiges of Mid-century Modern masterpieces. The venue features four luxurious suites on massive balconies, two kitchens to make any chef jealous and a spectacular sound system in virtually every room. A new 4100 sq ft patio cantilevers over the edge of the lake with a 40’x40’ tent included in the deal for celebrations and dining lakeside. Access to a 100’ dock brings your celebration to the water for boating, kayaking and fishing.
