Georgio and his team guided my wife and I through all stages of the process with ease and made us feel as comfortable as possible during the planning. Now the event itself was truly outstanding, he and his staff were so professional, hard working and meticulous. When it comes to a wedding your guest will forever remember two things the music and the food, now my music was absolute top notch the food stole the show. “Chef Ellen & her staff were amazing. My sisters & I were planning an 80th birthday dinner for 20-30 people at an AirBNB rental property we had never been to before and was 500 miles from our home. Chef Ellen's expertise and thoughtful consideration of numerous planning items we had not yet considered, helped us to plan a fantastic event. Working with Chef Ellen to develop our menu was a fun collaborative process and she was able to accomodate several allergy restrictions. Chef Ellen's food was delicious. We have some finicky eaters in our bunch and she did a wonderful job navigating several precise requests about food & meat preparations on the spot from the birthday guest. All our guests remarked on how wonderful the food was, but our greatest delight was how Chef Ellen and her staff incorporated the eager curiosity of our 4 kids age 5 -12. On the spot, Chef Ellen focused and incorporated their eager energy into circulating appetizers - teaching them precisely how to carefully carry each kind of tray and each type of appetizer. It was her willingness to incorporate the kids (we had not discussed or even imagined this until the kids invaded the kitchen!) in such a productive, educational, and thoughtful manner that had us & all our guests delighted. Our kids will carry this happy memory for a lifetime. We expected good food and we got it, but Chef Ellen also brought a kind spirit to our gathering that I believe is a truly rare find in this business. We could not recommend her food and her service more highly.”

“As soon as we visited On the Marc for our food tasting, we knew that the food would be fantastic—and more on that in a minute—but OTM really set itself apart with the service. They greeted our guests with flavored waters when they arrived (hugely helpful for a mid-summer wedding), had servers ready with drinks and food as soon as cocktail hour started, prepared an appetizer platter for a quick private moment as newlyweds, and much much more. A few things stick out over all though: first, the servers were so attentive that they realized a friend of mine was absolutely smashing one of the appetizers and kept bringing those to her (even learning to take the mint leaf off as she did). Second, they rolled with the punches as we realized we may have screwed up some food placards, accommodating our request to check with each guest to make sure we had it right. Third, they had servers march out all at the same time to bring courses during dinner services, a super-professional touch which gave the service a white-glove-service feel. The food was delicious, and everyone kept commenting on it (even on the dance floor where they brought desserts!!). Overall, the food was amazing, the only thing better than the food was the service, and we highly recommend OTM to anyone considering them!”
