Just what we were looking for to host our daughter’s Quinceañera this May.\nBel Air is as gorgeous in person as it looks in the pictures.\nFitting our theme (enchanted forest), Bel Air has a very well-kept garden, a gorgeous path of aged trees, and of course the spacious rustic barn to compliment every aspect of our “Enchanted Quince” event. The space is gorgeous with minimal decor, or a blank canvas for creativity. Perfect to begin and end the day in one place, from hair and makeup to end of reception, and with all the magical moments in between.\nWe used every spot of the venue and worked with Maria to get the lights to change colors during the event as we progressed through different segments and performances of the night. She was great to work with before and during the event. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were with us through every step of our wedding day with lots of support and smiles.\n\nThe cottage for getting ready is very cute, the chapel is beautiful, and the reception hall is great as well.\n\nThey have many services included in their various wedding packages like catering, DJ, photographer, and cake. They also have outside vendors that they work with frequently, such as hair and make-up and a florist, who are all wonderful.\n\nThey are inclusive, and they are supportive of LGBT weddings. My now wife and I are part of the LGBT community, and we were treated very well by the entire team.\n\nWe were able to have our wedding exactly how we wanted, and they worked with us on every detail. On the day, they had the entire day scheduled and kept us on track, which is actually so necessary and helpful on a day when you're trying to do so many things. Everything went smoothly and as stress free as a wedding can be. Just amazing job done by Colt and his team. I was panicking when I got to the venue because hair and makeup ran an hour over, he assured me we were fine and we’d have plenty of time. He kept us on schedule for the ceremony and reception and just was there every second. Once we got into the reception he brought my husband and I ice packs and put them in the back of our shirt/dress. He made sure we got food, drinks, etc. Colt is amazing. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone told me how amazing the venue was and the food was so good. The cake was absolutely amazing. The DJ was amazing! We had the best time. I can’t recommend Jordan Springs Estate enough. The Berrys are insightful and very observant, and do a really great job of listening to you and understanding what is important to you and your future spouse.\nAs we talked about what we wanted we asked for some special ceremonial aspects specific to us. It was perfectly integrated. We were looking for something a little less traditional but also with the familiar structure so that the more traditional family members would follow along without too much confusion. It was the perfect balance. I honestly I’m just so happy my now wife found the Berrys. There is a lot that goes into a wedding and we can be worried about decorations, and invites, the family politics and food, djs, catering… but the most important part at the end of the day is 30min ceremony where the officiant make you married. I think Jon was just an amazing human and I’m so happy he could stand with us and marry us. This venue has it ALL! We were looking for mountain views, outdoor ceremony with indoor reception, bring your own beer/booze (with hired legal bartender and correct licensing), bring your own food with no additional charge, on-site his&hers changing rooms, enough room for 100 people with a dance floor, and a cute cabin vibe. Not only did Faithbrooke meet all our requirements, it blew our expectations away! Faithbrooke is pretty much the only affordable, reasonable venue left in the greater DC/Shenandoah area that still is absolutely gorgeous and appears very high-end. The best part was Cort's kind, attentive, responsive customer service. He was truly incredible to work with, always easy to reach (which was so important), and worked with any special circumstances we had. We wanted a mountain view during the ceremony and the terrace was absolutely perfect. The greenhouse is gorgeous and looks amazing both in person and in photographs and was the perfect backdrop. We served cider and apple cider donuts and our guests loved both. It felt so unique and special! Working with everyone at the venue was incredibly easy, and they were so kind and welcoming to us and felt like they really wanted to make sure our day went well. \n\nWe booked all of the AirBnBs on the property and would definitely recommend doing so. The “bridal” suite off of the Greenhouse was great for staging and getting a moment away during the wedding, having the extra space for actually getting ready was a very good choice (especially with larger wedding parties and lots of people doing hair and makeup). We also stayed in one of the AirBnBs the night before and afterwards, and being on the property was incredibly convenient as hotels in Harrisonburg are a bit of a hike. The AirBnBs were cute and worked great for our purposes!
