The Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator position is arguably one of the hardest decisions you have to make for your wedding day. You're effectively entrusting one person to keep the trains on the track on your special day, and a wrong decision can lead to headaches and chaos. I'm more of a hands-on bride than most and had already done a considerable amount of research regarding my wedding. I had a strong vision of what I wanted and had already made a lot of decisions, so I opted to go with Tahimy's Day of Coordinator service instead of full the Wedding Planning services. Even before Tahimy came on as my Day of Coordinator, she was happy to go the extra mile, and was an absolute asset to my wedding planning process. She was quick to answer questions, recommend venues and vendors, and offer guidance even before I hired her. She stayed in contact with me throughout the process as I narrowed down venues. I did not go with one of her recommended venues for budgeting reasons, but I still wanted to have her on my wedding day dream team and I was delighted that she said yes. Her service starts 30 days out before the wedding, but 3 months before she insisted on going with me to a meeting at my venue. Her knowledge and expertise helped me make quick decisions and also brought up things I hadn't considered in the planning process, allowing me to seamlessly pivot and adjust when necessary. My wedding was on a Sunday, but her and her husband showed up to help set up my decor the day before, as my venue had a limited setup time on Sundays. On the day of the wedding Tahimy and her team stayed on top of every detail to keep things running smooth. I don't know if anything went wrong as I was too busy having a great time to notice, and that's really the whole point of hiring a Day of Coordinator. You want someone on your side that's looking out for the details, so that you can just sit back and celebrate. Tahimy is that person.

She is the main reason my husband and I felt like guests at our own wedding/reception. At the reception a dear friend commented that the entire wedding day was 'magical'. Natalie and Hector were truly a dream come true! Natalie helped the day run so smoothly and everything was so perfect and well organized. She was very communicative and on point leading up to the day. She set up and organized everything exactly as I requested. Natalie and Hector were so sweet and accommodating. The content creation package was great and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Since we didn't want a videographer, the content creation was perfect for us- To capture the day and have small clips for memories without the expensive cost. The photo booth was so cute and our guests loved it. Very nice camera with video, boomerang, and photo options for the guests to select with a nice backdrop setup. Hire Janova Events. Jenn was an absolute godsend to our event. I know virtually nothing about planning an event, and Jenn was out in the trenches with me coordinating all the small details I surly would have missed. We got on biweekly calls to discuss everything that needed to be completed and she’d give me “homework” to get done before our next call. These tasks broken up into manageable pieces were exactly what I needed to maintain sanity. Also, Jenn’s eye for design and color is incredible. I had no idea what napkin fold to choose, because frankly who cares? Well Jenn does, and her choice looked stunning. Also, uplighting? Who knows what color to choose? I sure didn’t. Jenn did. The blush she chose day of looked beautiful with our decor. She is the reason our event went as seamlessly as it did. If I could hire her 10 more times, I would. We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel.
