Summit Manor is beautiful, and it was crucial to us that we had rooms at the venue for getting ready rather than having to get ready somewhere else. We had the ceremony outside under the big oak tree with the provided arch, and it was an absolutely beautiful fall day. Our cocktail hour was outside, and for the rest of the reception our guests were able to wander in and out, mingling outside and dancing inside. The mansion vibes were excellent, with all of the dark wood, bookshelves, built in decor, and downstairs speakeasy. We barely had to bring any of our own decorations. David was so easy to work with, and made all of the planning very seamless. He was happy to accommodate our requests for a charcuterie table cocktail hour and breakfast for dinner. We got so many compliments on the food! The venue size was perfect for our guest count of 100. This was such a gem to find. Ryan and Tina were amazing to work with, so responsive and helpful. You can tell they really care about making sure your event goes perfectly.\n\nTables, chairs and linens came with the rental, which most places do not do. We got to customize the lighting, the dance party lighting (which is extensive with fog machine!), and the entire layout. They have a bar onsite and the cocktails were great! They were able to serve our guests very quickly. We used multiple Spotify playlists for our music and Ryan was on point switching between them at the right times. \n\nThe facilities were amazing too; large dressing room to get ready, and nice big bathrooms that they continually cleaned throughout the night. There are lots of areas for photos, on the river, the dock, in the marina, and at the park, just a short walk from the Marina. We had a lot of compliments from our guests on how unique our wedding was, oh, and the food was amazing as well! All the beautiful and differently decorated spaces were very functional and made our wedding flow effortlessly. We felt so blessed getting married in a super rain storm in the beautiful dinner hall. We also loved the tree house, it was such a magical place to spend our first night together. We loved the ambient worship music, we were worshipping together all night until we fell asleep. It was super special. Also Eryka was incredible. The bridal bliss package was absolutely worth every penny. I don't know how we could have got all that done on our own without her help, especially being out of state. We also highly recommend the horse carriage.
