The owners shared that their goal was to provide a fun, community-focused event space, and they absolutely delivered. They were incredibly accommodating, even with last-minute changes, and made sure all of our needs were met. The bar also provided high-quality, locally-sourced drinks for our guests, adding to the classy, elevated experience. We and our guests were blown away by the Watermark Solarium, and we're so grateful to have celebrated our special day in such a wonderful space. The mulled wine I tried tasted great and wasn’t cloyingly sweet. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful, and the interior was warm and inviting. The wine menu was surprisingly large, and the mulled wine actually used multiple wines to get the profile they were after. Everything turned out great. The owners are very personable and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They have connections with the local vendors. That put our mind at ease knowing that they’ve worked together before and everything would run smoothly. The carriage house, on site, made it convenient and easy for me and my girls to get ready in before the ceremony. The property is beautiful. I had about 80 guests and it felt like any more than that would have been too crowded. The venue itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and huge - they have their own storeroom of decorations we could use, set up all the decorations for us, and even allowed us to rent additional conference rooms for our rehearsal dinner. They took care of everything from our hotel block to the ceremony and reception, and John and Chae made the entire process so easy that I had nothing to stress about on the day of the wedding. So many different spots on the property to get married on, all beautiful. Different locations cost different price. Overall, relatively cheap compared to other venues. When talking to them, I first started with one wedding coordinator. She left and was informed about the new coordinator. She introduced herself and thought she was awesome. She was very tentative to all the details and was very helpful. I wasn’t informed that she had left and a new coordinator had taken her spot. I didn’t know there was a new coordinator until the day before the wedding. She didn’t take charge of anything. She took a back seat to everything. Told her I had a specific song I wanted to play for walking down the aisle. There wasn’t any sort practice with the song at the rehearsal. She couldn’t figure out how to connect my phone to the sound system.
