The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. The bride and groom’s first dance is something they will remember forever. At The Dayton Masonic Center, we take that magic to a whole new level! You will dance on the Italian marble floor, among your beautifully decorated tablescapes and candlelit room as guests watch from above, in the cocktail space balcony.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. The Bushnell Event Center is one of the leading venues for hosting weddings, ceremonies, corporate events, holiday parties, showers, and other events in Downtown Springfield, Ohio. Built in 1893, the remarkable venue has led the way in hosting the most elegant events. The Bushnell Building was built in three stages in 1893, 1903, and in1939. The building continues to be renovated internally to meet tenant needs. The Bushnell Building remains of the most impressive original structures to flank the city’s central square. It is a monument not only to the days of booming business in Springfield but also to the civic involvement of one of Ohio’s great leaders.

For 30 years, The Willow Tree, Miami County's original rustic barn venue has hosted weddings and receptions. Set on the grounds of an 1830 style home, the century old barn is the perfect setting to celebrate your day with friends and family. We offer tables and seating for up to 200 guest, 14 hours of venue time, and a brides room in the home with a private restroom for the bridal party.

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. Pretty Prairie Farm is truly a one of a kind unique venue, all original woodwork, cleaned and restored to its original charm, the perfect place for your perfect day. At Pretty Prairie Farm you can choose any caterer you like, although we do have a list of some great local companies that we have had in the past as well as DJ’s and other vendors. We have an inside capacity of 350 guests. Below are a few links to some previous weddings to give you a better idea of the property. The barn was build in 1840 and the Victorian house in 1896, both have been restored to capture all the original charm and yet incorporate handicapped bathrooms, prep rooms, and bar. The farm is located 1/2 mile off the road down a paved lane lined with 118-year-old hedges. We only rent the property once per weekend so you have access the day before and after your wedding day, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day celebrating
