As you walk into the Little Chapel in-the-Woods you are entering into a tradition. Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. They will be happy to provide limited guidance and answer any questions you may have about the rehearsal or processional. If you desire full-scale coordination you are welcome to provide a planner or even a friend with experience to manage the flow of your wedding ceremony.

The Wildflower hosts are a tribe of six, related by blood and love. We are a tight-knit family who work hard and love watching people's dreams come to life! Our knowledge and expertise will assure your big day is flawless and your guests have a memorable experience. The Wildflower is located on 25 beautiful acres in Emory, Texas between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork. Our wedding venue is surrounded by large tracts of open meadow, huge oak and cedar trees, and a shimmering pond. Nature and wildlife are everywhere. The views are breathtaking.
