The Tschiffely-Kent property has been a landmark along Darnestown Road since 1900. The stately mansion was built by Frederick Tschiffely, and later sold to Otis Beall Kent in 1942. The elegant property now belongs to the City of Gaithersburg, and is an ideal venue for weddings, receptions, social functions and business meetings.

Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. You can leisurely set up your wedding exactly the way you want it. Have your rehearsal on site the night before, sleep on property, and have no worries about traveling to your wedding! We provide tables, chairs, arches, greenery walls, luxury trailer bathrooms, handmade wooden bars, wood rounds, ball jars, and so many more accessories! The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations. All proceeds from this rental are used to support the department's operations. The Community Hall is available for rent on most Mondays through Saturdays and is an excellent venue for Wedding Receptions, Children’s Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, or Business Conferences. (The hall is not available on Sundays due to our weekly Bingo Fundraiser.)
