We have 6 luxurious guest rooms on the second floor; and on the first floor, there are various gathering places just to relax. And the fireplace is a must see! Decorate as you wish, and have the food that you love. Host your ceremony on the grounds or even at a nearby church. Take over the guest rooms for the bride’s family or the groom’s or, better yet, just you two and the members of your wedding party.

Our charming and picturesque venue is the perfect location to create unforgettable moments, be it a wedding, anniversary celebration, or any other special occasion. When the building was initially constructed over a century ago, it was designed as a Presbyterian chapel in a completely different location. Dismantled and purchased in 1907; the remaining materials were moved to its current home. Today, it has a capacity of 120 guests and can comfortably host both intimate and extravagant celebrations.

Guests can tent camp, or glamp in our yurt or renovated school busses. We have several unique ceremony locations, from an outdoor amphitheater with built in seating to a secluded clearing surrounded by the natural beauty of the woods to a covered pavilion. The NSCDA/PA owns its Headquarters House located at 1630 Latimer Street in Philadelphia. Built by and for the Dames under the leadership of Mrs. James Starr, Jr., the house has served as the Dames home since its completion in 1923. The building was designed by the Philadelphia Architectural firm Ritter and Shay. Marion Coffin, one of the first female landscape architects, was instrumental in desgining the garden which is a four seasons delight to all who use the house. Headquarters is the setting for Philadelphia Stated Meetings, the meetings of the Board of Managers and its Committees, and for the Society's Annual meeting. The archives of the Society, including lineage papers of our members, both living and deceased, are housed here as well. Headquarters is also available to the general public to rent for weddings and events.

Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.

Brittland Estates embraces a collection of heritage properties located in the historic Chestertown area of Maryland's Eastern Shore. Its distinctive properties are rich with history, expansive settings from fields to rivers, and a rural sophistication. Each property is an ideal venue for weddings, small retreats and meetings, reunions, and get-a-ways. Stepne Manor is a marvelous property. Boasting a front porch that looks out onto the expansive lawns, there is a cultivated sophistication to the building’s exterior. After you have been joined in matrimony at your outdoor ceremony, make your way indoors to delight at the interiors. Here, there is a great deal to appreciate. Stepne Manor’s dining room provides space for you and your guests to sit and eat, while the kitchen affords any hired culinary staff with an ideal preparation base. This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Bel Air Armory offers the use of tables and chairs included with your rental. In order to fully customize your event, outside vendors are more than welcome.
