We have 4,500 square feet of indoor space; this includes our cozy tasting room and adjacent event space. The event space also gives you access to the cupola where you’ll have a 360-degree view of the estate winery. It’s quite spectacular! We also have nearly 3,000 square feet of covered, wrap-around porch. It too, is an equally great space and overlooks various fields. You’ll often see our Grape Vine Patrol Squad (rescue dogs) out walking in the fields. We have eleven in all, and their job is to patrol the vineyards and keep out prey. They’re all friendly, enjoy meeting new people and being petted. In addition, feel free to inquire about using acreage surrounding the tasting and production facility for your private event. We offer a relaxed, peaceful and romantic experience on the shores of the river, which is part of the Chesapeake Bay waterway. The venue is nestled on 12 acres of waterfront property with forest on either side and protected wetlands.

The Shores of Cedar Point is situated on a large farm and is located on the North River in Mathews county Virginia. The Bride and her bridal party use part of the 1930's brick home to get ready in. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.

Founded in 2003, the gated-entry Brandon Estate is a cherished and prized estate of the Brandon Family. An Fierm, which translates to “The Farm” in Irish, was originally a smaller four bedroom house, primarily used as a getaway cabin and romantic escape. Over the years, the Brandons added over 3000 square feet of living space and amenities including a great room, a stone wood-burning fireplace, a wine cellar, a pool, a game room, and a private balcony overlooking the estate. The mansion is now well over 5000 square feet- comprised of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a stunning designer kitchen. All in all, the mansion can sleep 16 people comfortably. With over 300 acres of private farm land, 200 acres of which is farmed crop. Loaded with scenic walking trails, barns, fresh water fish-stocked ponds, canoes, a stone chapel, and rolling landscape- the property is sure to keep you busy during your stay!

Since 1971, Ware River Yacht Club has been a premier sailing and social club in Gloucester, VA. Located on the picturesque Ware River and close to the Mobjack Bay, WRYC offers a variety of sailing opportunities, from day sailing on our fleet of Laser, Opti and Albacore sailboats or cruising on our keel boats. A very popular education program allows youth and adult members to learn to sail or enhance their skills through lecture and on-water experience. Members enjoy an active social program, including racquet sports, holiday events, the annual oyster roast, gameday and musical gatherings.
