From the first moment my grandfather placed a Sony Cybershot in my hands at age 13, I knew the magic of capturing life's most profound and intimate moments was meant for me. Now, after nearly 24 years behind the lens, what began as a childhood hobby has become everything to me. My commitment to you as your photographer is to apply my skill, creative mind, and decades of experience to your occasion so you have fantastic, tangible memories to look back on years from now. I have made it my goal to become proficient across a wide range of photographic/editing styles, in order to better serve the needs and preferences of each individual client.

I have a long history as a photographer, starting in my twenties with large format view cameras, publishing a book of black and white portraits of Newfoundlanders, studying under Ansel Adams at his Yosemite workshops, and with Aaron Siskind and Harry Callahan at the Rhode Island School of Design. Now, my cameras and equipment are all the latest digital models, but I still rely on my experience and a well trained eye for capturing the optimal moment.

I’ve been working as a photographer for over 10 years and have had the fun of photographing such varied assignments as New Years Eve on a Manhattan hotel rooftop, to a James Bond Villains themed 70th birthday party at a private estate, to food and beverage at restaurants all over Boston and New York City.
