I grew up in South Florida and moved to Boston in 2007 to attend Emerson College. While photographing punk rock bands as a hobby I fell into wedding photography. Oh, and I can't fail to mention how great Zac is with dogs; he was perfect at making sure our little guy was smiling, looking at the camera, and incorporated into photos as possible. He promptly delivered an amazing set of images perfect for our wedding website and Save the Date. Zac's adaptability and proactive approach were a source of great comfort as we approached the big day. He made sure to check in with us regularly and follow up with questions about the timing of the day and our particular rituals. When rain threatened to change how we handled our ceremony, Zac and his second shooter, Ally, could roll with the punches, ensuring we still got every photo we wanted (and more)! Extra props to Ally for helping all the groomsmen get their boutonnières pinned on securely. If it wasn't clear already, the photos we received were stunning and totally encapsulated what the day felt like. We are transported back to that day every time we look at them, and the feelings of joy, hope, and excitement wash over us again. Zac did a great job touching up the photos as needed and provided a great first draft of the physical albums we added to our order (the quality of those was also excellent). Overall, Zac is your guy if you're looking for an energetic, fun, professional, and knowledgeable photographer who will capture every aspect of your special day. We're so happy we chose him, and are glad to call him a good friend.”

Without missing any of the candid details or true-to-life colors that we wanted, Shukhrat was able to frame the photos and/or alter the lighting so that the park goers were barely visible in the background. Both Shukhrat and Rachel are also very skilled at giving direction when needed, but letting you do your own thing the rest of the time. Neither my husband nor I have a lot of experience in front of a camera—they gave us enough direction to feel confident, without making us feel stifled or overly posed. We wanted photos that felt organic and genuine, and they were really able to capture that. Working with Shukhrat and Rachel: The two of them were a dream to work with. Incredibly professional--very communicative, punctual, quick turnaround time on photos. And they are also just lovely people. You spend so much time on your wedding day with your photographers, it's really important to feel comfortable with them, and we certainly did. They brought both a fun, but calming energy, easing our pre-wedding jitters before the ceremony, and leaning into the excitement as the night went on. Although we hardly know them, they felt like friends. We are so glad we booked Shukhrat for our wedding!”
