The Teal Door AK is owned and operated by Kasara Bertels. I create custom floral arrangements in my home studio location of Sutton, Alaska. I enjoy using the perfect blend of local foliage and specialty stems to create custom pieces for my clients. Combining my passion for florals and my love of art, I create top-notch designs to achieve my client’s visions. The Teal Door AK works exclusively with their brides to create a one of a kind experience for a magical day to remember. Fun fact: Kasara has a teal front door which inspired my business name!

Anthology On Main is an alternative paper florist, specializing in flowers handmade from book pages! Although my business is based in Kansas, I ship flowers all over the US! I handcraft your wedding flowers from the pages of your favorite books, using your favorite flowers (no matter the season) and in your choice of colors! We'll work together to create truly unique keepsakes from one of the biggest days of your life. As a born and raised Alaskan I have a deep love and respect for all things in nature. I grew up spending summers commercial fishing in Cook Inlet and foraging yarrow on the shores that I have the privilege to call home. My hope is to translate my love for adventure and the beautiful outdoors into my art by using foraged Alaskan blooms as well as locally sourced and grown florals as much as possible.
