In fact, she went out of her way to create an entire wedding day timeline for us and sent it in a smartphone wallpaper format that we could easily send to the wedding party. In addition, she made time to attend our rehearsal so that she could prepare for each aspect of our ceremony and anticipate times to take the best pictures. Sarah was in steady communication with us throughout our wedding planning process. No question was left unanswered, no detail too small. She was willing to wake up in the wee hours of the day to take “getting ready” photos before our morning wedding and even offered to transport bridesmaids to the ceremony in her SUV if it turned out we didn’t have enough drivers. A few months after the wedding, we received a gorgeous photo album from Sarah. She carefully customized the album for us based on pictures of our choosing and spent as long as we needed discussing options that fit our budget. She kept in touch with us as we waited for it to arrive in the mail so there were no concerns about it getting lost anywhere in transit.
