The Lachini Family believes that the vineyard is the wine. Our family-owned Estate winery and vineyard is located on the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains in the heart of the Oregon’s North Willamette Valley. The 45 acre Lachini Estate Vineyard is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Portland. The south-facing gently-sloped terrain sets in the outlying foothills of Newberg, and is a part of the Chehalem Mountains A.V.A. Ron and Marianne purchased the property in 1998 and planted the first five acres with Pinot Noir (Pommard clone) in June of 1999 after clearing and natural site preparation. In the following seven growing seasons, we planted additional blocks that now entail just over 30.5 acres of planted Pinot Noir plus an additional one and a half acres of Chardonnay.

We have a fully functional pipe organ, one of the largest in Oregon, and a 7' Steinway Grand piano at your disposal. City Bridge & Tunnel is a hip industrial Cocktail bar serving craft cocktails and tasty small plates in a spacious downtown location. CB&T achieves four critical criteria for an ideal wedding after-party: 1)Nearby. Located downtown at SW 12th and Morrison St. mere blocks from the hotels your guests are staying at or the location of the reception. 2)Open late, later than the hotel bar or the hotel lobby/hallway guests tend to gather in after the reception. We’ll be able to accommodate guests until 2:30AM. 3)Unassuming. Guests who have been in heels, dresses, ties, and make-up to look perfect all day want to let their hair down. City Bridge & Tunnel has no dress code, no line to get in, and no Instagram competition. We’re a clean industrial bar with a fun crew and plenty of space for wedding guests to dance, let down their hair, and be as loud as they want. 4)Fun. We offer a complimentary bottle of champagne to the bride and groom and we will provide a live DJ until 1AM.
