My husband and I got married at the Hilton in Woburn on 6/8/24. Anyone that knows me, knows I stress about everything like there is no tomorrow. The Hilton put all my worries at ease. I did have a few different wedding coordinators throughout the process but they all were very helpful and communicated well with one another when switching to a different coordinator. Ruth and Kari- the best of the best! Responded quickly if I had any questions or concerns. We had our ceremony and reception at the Hilton. Kari and Alli (director of banquets)- words cannot even express how grateful I felt having both of them help with the ceremony entrances as we had an odd amount of people in the wedding party. Kari and Alli were both there the day of our wedding and made sure everything was set up the way I envisioned it. Ruth, Kari, and Alli, thank you all so much for making my wedding day the best, most memorable day, of my life!

I was a floral designer providing centerpieces for a baby shower held there last fall (2023), in the Phillips Room. My experience as a vendor there was great. The venue was immaculate and modern inside, with the classic New England charm and vibe. The staff could not have been more helpful. They helped me with load-in, and the setup people were friendly and efficient. The coordinator Linda was also friendly, professional and on top of all the many details for the event (food, drinks, balloons, florals, favors, etc.). The room was light and airy, with lots of windows and light. The neutral background would work for almost any color palette. It is a beautiful venue in a classic New England setting, and I highly recommend it!

We just got married at Spinelli’s this past fall, we had our ceremony and reception here and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen this for our wedding! During the planning process i worked with Alex, who was so helpful with recommendations and ideas and was always fast with responding. Our ceremony was held outside and was beautiful! The lake was such a perfect backdrop and our photos came out stunning! On the day of, the staff was very attentive and friendly to us and our guests. The space was beautiful and the food was delicious! 10/10 recommend having your wedding here for the food. We were so happy to hear positive feedback from all of our guests about everything and overall so happy we chose to get married here!

Glen Magna was truly absolute perfection. We had our wedding in early August, and the flowers were magnificent! The grounds, the house, the tent, it was all just incredibly beautiful. The staff at Glen Magna were also incredible from everything leading up to the wedding to the wedding day. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything in my vision come true. The catering was also exceptional. People are still bringing up the food at our wedding. And, working with the caterers was an exceptional experience, too. The variety of options was amazing, and the food was actually delicious. Everyone thought so! If I could change anything about Glen Magna, it would be to do it all over again! I cannot say enough about the staff, the building, the grounds, the ambiance, the food, etc., etc., etc. Thank you, Glen Magna, for allowing me to have a wedding that exceeded my dreams!

A Dream Wedding at Margeaux Supper Parlor We hosted our engagement party turned wedding at Margeaux Supper Parlor, and it was pure magic. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the beauty of the space - especially the bar, which created the most stunning backdrop for photos we’ll cherish forever. Rebekah, the owner, and her incredible team thought of everything. From a custom, dairy-free menu (which was so important to me) to specialty passed cocktails and thoughtful service throughout, not a single detail was missed. The private oasis room was the perfect retreat for a quiet moment together during the celebration and added such a personal touch to the evening. And yes, we even sabered champagne! Whether it’s a bridal shower, engagement party, or wedding, we can’t recommend Margeaux enough. It’s a truly special place run by truly special people.

This was a perfect location for our wedding - it is the only place we could fit our large guest list and have all the conveniences of a city wedding near Boston. They worked seamlessly with our caterer, let us manage our own music (but offered the tech support!) and had excellent staff who really cared about our day. We were able to have a tour, a backup tour, a meeting with our caterer, and lots of communication with the Armory team, which included professionals in events, facilities, and the bar - the day of people were especially great! We had space for both our tisches here in separate spaces and the ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing in the same space. There was parking, and our elderly guests had easy access to the space. Thanks Armory! We will treasure that this community space could hold our wedding too.

There is truly no where like Danversport! We got married there in Sept 2023 and our expectations were blown away. The entire day ran SO smoothly. You really do not need a wedding planner at Danversport because they manage EVERYTHING!! The food was fantastic, the space was stunning and they kept the day on track! Would 10/10 recommend!!!

The moment that I saw the ceremony package details for “The Quickie” I knew it was perfect for myself and my partner. It was exactly what we were looking for! We needed to plan far in advance due to important guests coming from out of town, and Jusmine graciously accommodated that request. It was a seamless process, from booking the day and time, to filling out our script questionnaire, to the week of the ceremony, and finally the day of! Jusmine replied to all communication in a timely, professional, friendly, and helpful way. I especially appreciated the detailed information about parking and locating the venue that she was able to provide. Jusmine composed a script for the ceremony and sent it to me about a month beforehand with the ability to request any changes. Even though we had never met, it felt as though Jusmine really understood the relationship that my partner and I have and she captured our love in words beautifully. She also included the important details, like when we would have the rings brought up. On the big day, we were invited into the studio right on time. Jusmine had a very welcoming and calming presence and helped us all feel at ease right away. She gave us an opportunity to take pictures together before the ceremony, and helped to capture all six of us on our own phones. The ceremony itself went as planned. After we were officially married, Jusmine took a polaroid picture of us for our keepsake and then let us all mingle and hug and take more pictures! We also had a ketubah that we asked Jusmine to sign as our officiant and she had a beautiful marble table to lay it out on. When it was time to leave, we made sure that Jusmine had our marriage certificate to fill out. Later that day, she sent an email to confirm that she had sent it to our town hall and provided the USPS tracking number. I cannot say enough good things about Dearly Studio as a venue, and Jusmine as a Justice of the Peace. It is clear that she is passionate about helping couples to unite through a wonderful and memorable day!

From day one touring the venue a year and a half ago to just two months ago on the day of- the entire staff was so supportive and responsive. Week of they were all hands on deck and we felt prioritized and heard. Day of was absolutely magical. Julia made it all come together seamlessly with the help of the amazing crew. The food, kindness of the staff, beauty of the venue and the magic in all of the behind the scenes that made all our dreams come true truly made our wedding so special to us. Vanessa, who resides on site at Veasey Park, made our planning and event execution a total breeze! Her recommendations for bartender and tent/event setup were exactly what we needed. They were attentive and professional. Everyone we encountered in planning and holding our event were so easy to get in touch with, and Vanessa walked us through every step of the way. If you love a beautiful outdoor setting like we do, this historical park is for you! The grounds are stunning, complete with an old 1920’s hunting lodge built by the Veasey family. The park offers stunning views of the lake below, a great playground for young guests to enjoy, and if you time your event correctly, you will find the local farmer bringing his goats in to graze on the abundant vegetation. This venue really focuses on maintaining the natural beauty of the property, both inside and out! If you are looking for a cozier, cooler weather setup, just look to the gorgeous hunting lodge with it’s beautiful hardwood floors and stone chimneys! It was an absolute dream, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choosing Veasey Park for a wedding party!

From the moment we found Black Swan Country Club on Zola, my husband and I knew this was where we wanted to have our big day. The experience was so smooth, the team are EXPERTS at putting on weddings and ensuring everything goes off without a hitch. As the bride, I of course wanted to micro-manage everything but I was able to relax knowing that Donna had it under control. We can honestly say we have no regrets from our wedding day, and that everything went according to plan. We were both able to lean back and enjoy the day (and even the planning process)!! We are so grateful to Black Swan Country Club and could not recommend them and their team enough. We were a difficult group to feed; nearly every guest had a unique dietary restriction and Harvest ensured that each guest would remain safe and happy while dining. We will forever cherish this special celebration and look forward to dining at Harvest in the future!

We held our wedding reception at the Multicultural Arts Center in Cambridge, and it was a beautiful venue to host our event. The space was a perfect size for our event with 125 guests, and the ceiling is a showstopper. The building is right on the small city park, Centanni Park, which is such a nice little green space in East Cambridge. The staff was friendly and easy to work with and helped us to create our dream reception. One thing to keep in mind when picking this venue is that you have to select from a list of preferred vendors for catering, and they will need to rent all of the plates, cutlery, glassware, catering supplies etc since the venue does not provide these items. Their list of caterers to choose from is a great list, but the extra cost of these rentals should be remembered when budgeting your event.

At the rehearsal dinner, we had the Chicken Milanese entrée, which was a huge hit with our guests. So many people mentioned how much they loved it, and the entire meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The service throughout all of our events was impeccable, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive, making everyone feel welcome and cared for. One of the things we loved most about the Hawthorne Hotel was how perfectly it fit our aesthetic for the wedding weekend. The vintage character of the hotel gave everything a timeless, elegant feel, and it was the ideal backdrop for our celebrations, even though our wedding and reception were off-site. We absolutely adored the hotel’s library space, which hosted our farewell brunch. The cozy, intimate atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a relaxed and meaningful gathering with our closest family and friends. The space was beautifully decorated, and it truly set the tone for a lovely, laid-back morning after the big day. Our hotel suite was equally impressive. We never felt out of the loop, and she was always there to offer advice and solutions. One great example of her attention to detail was when she helped us secure a microphone for the rehearsal dinner, ensuring everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and personal touch made the entire experience so much easier and stress-free. We had a room block here for our wedding in Beverly, and hosted a brunch the day after (you have to have a catered event at the hotel in order to have a room block). Overall, our experience was pretty good. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms were beautiful. The King Suite was great to get ready in - I had 11 people getting hair and makeup done, with 4 artists, and there was enough space. Having the Regatta Pub on site was perfect for a welcome event and post-wedding spot and could easily accommodate a large influx of people. The brunch was ready to go with plenty of tasty food and drink. They also were able to hand out welcome bags when guests checked in. Kristen, who organized the room block, was extremely communicative and responsive to our emails, and helped us add rooms to our block a couple times. We are rating 4/5 stars for a couple reasons. First is that housekeeping never came to the suite to clean after we had left for the wedding, so we returned at the end of the night to all of the room-service coffee/breakfast items that had arrived at 8:30 that morning. When we called the front desk, no one answered. Secondly, while the brunch was great, they do charge a large room fee and administrative fee.
