“Grace was a pleasure to work with during the wedding planning process. She was timely in her responses and upfront with pricing. On the day of the wedding, it felt like we were herding cats, but she remained professional and efficient. Even though we were running behind schedule with getting dressed, she managed to squeeze in a few dress shots and some first look photos. Grace remained patient even as some of our friends and family showed up late for photos! As we moved between locations, she made sure I was holding my dress in a way so that I wouldn’t fall on my face. She also helped my MOH bustle my dress after the ceremony (again, so I wouldn’t fall on my face). Grace was always cognizant of the lighting on location, and how it would affect photos. When we were initially looking for photographers we were looking for ones with an artsy flare that could handle difficult light scenarios as we were getting married at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ. They were just as stoked as we were and were excited for the challenge of reflective glass and constantly shifting lighting as well as low lighting areas. They have an easy day of planner form that you fill out closer to the day and they also go over the day of schedule with you prior to make sure that everything goes well, which as a schedule-minded girl, I loved. I was always snapping photos with my Poloroid sticker camera or a disposable camera. I fell in love with the story telling. I'm a curly-headed, Old Bay loving, Lilly Pulitzer wearing, and caffeine-dependent millennial. In late 2017, I moved from Maryland to gorgeous Charleston, SC; where I experienced my first Southern snow storm (which consisted of 4 inches of snow and 2 weeks of snow days for students! What a time to move!)
