We guarantee to play your song list. Also if there is no reception coordinator, we always make sure the flow of your wedding goes exactly as discussed. Your dream wedding. We also offer a fabulous hybrid combination of DJ and live musician or musicians. Percussion, horns, etc.

Q: Do you take music requests?

That is up to you. If a guest asks for an inappropriate song, we always have a gracious way to not play it - for example a song from your do not play list.

Q: Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

Yes, either DJ or exceptional live musicians.

Q: Can you provide specialty, religious, or ethnic musicians?

Absolutely. We are a world music company.

Q: Are you fully insured?

Yes. Also we take care of the COI - certificate of insurance - and you don't have to do anything. We take care of everything.

Whatever you want! We play your style.

Q: How early do you come to set up?

2 hours before your guest arrival.

Yes, we have both. We have state of the art wireless remote controlled up lighting. We have state of the art photo booth with very sharp, fun well dressed attendants.

We work very closely with each client to create your individualized song list and to ensure that your party reflects your personal and musical style. We believe in tasteful use of the microphone for any pre-approved announcements. Music has its own voice. You can have a rocking party and still be elegant.

We offer Hybrid performances adding world class live musicians to play with the DJ. Super for the dance floor energy. We customize each wedding for the couple. Every wedding is unique and we listen carefully to bring your vision of your wedding to life! Anything said on the microphone is pre-approved by you and apart from that, we bring the party to life with the great music of your choice played at the right moment song by song. No cheese ever ;-)

Apart from the main reception, everything is à la carte. DJ for ceremony and or cocktails is $300 per hour ~We have world class, live musicians for all styles of music. ~We offer great Hybrid combo of DJ enhanced by live musician/musicians to really enhance and pump up the dance floor.

I am so glad we chose A Starry Night Music for our wedding! Carol was absolutely lovely, from the first phone call to the last dance song. She understood exactly the vibe we wanted and stuck to it! She was super easy to communicate with and had fantastic song ideas. Everything went so smoothly on the day and the music flowed so nicely. We are so grateful that we had such an amazing DJ!

Travel fee and breakdown fee is included into the price. The only exception is if the wedding is more than two hours from Manhattan. Then there is a small travel fee.

Taxes are included in the price. There are no surprises in our pricing. Everything is all inclusive.
