My passion for baking began making my kids birthday cake. I fell in love! Every cake is created with love. Whether your event is big or small we provide a luxury experience.     Hiring Erica and Ebakes Cakes for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we first spoke, her communication was extremely fast and she felt like family - so warm and friendly. I was so confident in her abilities, which was a huge relief during wedding planning. Erica worked closely with us on our budget and vision, and the end result was a cake that looked even better than the inspiration photo I had shared. The chocolate cake itself was the best I've ever had, and the flowers on top were absolutely stunning. Erica's expertise and reliability made the cake process so easy and stress-free.     We communicated over text and I sent Erica pictures of the cake inspiration I had in mind. She took her time arranging all the flowers on the cake beautifully and would always check with me to ask if it's what I wanted - and yes, I loved it! The cake was delicious, with each tier having its own flavor like strawberries and cream and Oreo. The two additional tres leches cakes were also terrific, and my guests were very happy. Thank you, Erica! Everyone loved the cake and they didn't expect the different flavors - all delicious, by the way, and I ate most of the cake pops! I will definitely reach out to you for my next event. Wish you well.

    Ebakes cake is hands down one of the greatest cakes I had! She made each layer a different flavor, and each flavor had a filling that complemented each other so well. I had wedding guess coming up for seconds and by the time I saw the entire cake was gone by the end of the wedding!
