Hello and congratulations on your engagement! I’m originally from Michigan, spent several years in Boston, and now call California home. My photography journey started with portraits and weddings and grew to include work as a photojournalist. These experiences shaped how I approach weddings—I focus on documenting the moments, connections, and details that make your day feel true to who you are. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable and yourself, so the photos reflect your unique relationship and story.

What I love most about wedding photography is connecting—not just with you as a couple, but also with the people who mean the most to you. As your photographer, I become part of your circle for the day, sharing in the moments that will mean everything for years to come. One of the first things I’ll ask is how you want your photos to tell your story—focused on you two, your guests, or a mix of everything? Candid or posed? However you envision your day, I’ll tailor my approach to capture it exactly as you want to remember it.

    Madeline was so great to work with. She made us feel comfortable and calm on such a hectic day. I wish it hadn’t rained but Maddie made the best of it and I have no doubt the pictures will be great. 10/10 would hire her again
