I pride myself and my work as a wedding and portrait photographer because I love what I get to do everyday when I get to serve my clients. My goal at the end of every wedding or session is to capture all of the most important moments along with the little ones in between. I am based in the low country and coastal empire serving Charleston, Bluffton, Palmetto Bluff, Hilton Head Island SC., Savannah, Isle of Hope, Richmond Hill, and St Simons Island GA. I also frequently visit Atlanta, Valdosta, Athens, Taccoa, Florida, and North Carolina. I genuinely love traveling all over the place and wouldn’t have it any other way!

I have 11 years of experience in the professional photography world and 5 years of year round weddings. Over coming any obstacle (lighting, weather, M.I.A. bridesmaid) is my specialty. I am very controlled and collected but give off a good go with the flow vibe. My job is to keep the bride as calm and stress free as possible! My approach to photography is some directed posing and journalistic snaps with a dash of your most favorite candids. I have experience with all ages and don’t mind making a fool of myself for the perfect photo!

    We were thrilled with Summer Heath Photography for our wedding photos! Summer was extremely responsive throughout the planning process, always getting back to emails within a day with detailed information. On the big day itself, Summer did a fantastic job capturing all of the special moments while keeping everything running smoothly. She perfectly balanced taking charge to get the shots she needed while also making sure we were comfortable and having fun. The end result is a collection of professional, high quality photos that far exceeded our expectations. My husband and I will treasure these pictures for years to come.     Sumer was a blessing! We instantly clicked and she took the most beautiful photos! We had some unforeseen circumstances come up the day of the wedding and she worked with us and never once hesitated! She was a blessing in disguise and I will 100% use her again!
