Best Day of Coordinator Ever!
Hiring a Aiyana Brotherson as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made—and we feel so incredibly lucky to have found someone as amazing as her. From the moment she stepped in, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and organization that made all the difference on such an emotional, fast-moving day. She was always available, incredibly supportive, and completely collected no matter what was going on around her. Whether it was managing vendors, keeping us on schedule, or handling the little hiccups that inevitably happen, she did it all with grace and professionalism—often without us even realizing there had been a problem in the first place. What stood out the most was how tuned in she was to what we needed. She checked in at just the right times, made sure we had water, food, and space when we needed it, and helped us feel completely cared for.
