Big Sky Wedding Planning was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always quick, informative and helpful, putting my mind at ease throughout the entire planning process. They took their job incredibly seriously, transforming my vision into reality and seamlessly coordinating with all of our vendors to ensure they stayed out of our way on the big day. Betsy brought my Pinterest board to life in the most beautiful way, making me feel so happy and comfortable leading up to and on our wedding day. There are always two of us on your special day. I am your lead coordinator, and my assistant takes direction well, working throughout the whole event as a team.

We only take one wedding on in a day, though there is a possibility of us booking one the next day (ONLY if this wedding has booked us as single day coordinators); this is very rare however.

As much time as needed. We want our couples to feel comfortable and taken care of, and if that requires multiple phone calls, numerous emails back and forth, and many in-person or video call visits, it's totally OK.

We have planned elopements, rehearsal dinners, and birthday parties. We are happy to help with any event.
