From venue scouting & vendor matchmaking to timeline creation, & custom design, we’re with you from “Yes!” to “I do.” Our exceptional communication means you’re never left wondering—Oh, and you get us on-site, start to finish. No handoffs. No stress. Just a beautifully planned wedding that feels so you.	Our Design & Decor service brings your vision to life with a fully customized experience. We handle sourcing, assembling, styling, and setup of every detail—plus coordinate with your florist, rental team, and lighting pros to ensure a cohesive look. A dedicated setup and breakdown team is included, and luxury design upgrades are available for an additional fee.	We’re your wedding day dream team—keeping things smooth, stress-free, and right on schedule. From guest flow and timeline magic to bridal assistance and MC/DJ coordination, we handle every transition like pros. Hiring Kelly as our partial planner and day of coordinator was the best decision we could have made! It really took so much of the stress out of planning and she thought of things we never would have! The day of my wedding was perfect and my husband and I were truly able to enjoy every minute of it, while all the little details (and some big ones!) were handled. We’ve planned a variety of weddings including backyard weddings, elegant ballroom receptions, rustic barn celebrations, romantic garden ceremonies, and intimate micro-weddings. Our specialty lies in personalized planning and design—whether it’s a classic black-tie affair or a boho-chic celebration!

Yes! Elite Events Design is led by me, Kelly, and I’ll be your main point of contact throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, I bring in trusted assistants and staff as needed depending on the size and scope of your event. Whether you're booking Day-of Coordination or Full Planning, you'll always have someone experienced, organized, and fully invested in making sure your day runs smoothly.

That depends on the service you book! For Full and Partial Planning, we typically begin as soon as your date is reserved. You’ll have unlimited email access and a mix of scheduled in-person meetings and Google Meet check-ins throughout the planning process to keep everything on track. For Day-of Coordination, our first official planning meeting takes place 4–6 weeks before your event, followed by another meeting 1 week prior to finalize all the details. This package also includes unlimited email communication so we’re always connected as you get closer to the big day.

Yes, we do! In addition to weddings, we love planning bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and other special celebrations. Whether you need help with design, logistics, or full coordination, we offer services tailored to fit your event. Many of our couples choose to bundle wedding planning with pre-wedding events for a seamless, cohesive experience.

No, we don’t. We believe in giving each couple our full attention and care. When you book with Elite Events Design, your event becomes our top priority—we don’t take on multiple weddings in the same day or weekend. This ensures we're fully focused on you, your vision, and every detail of your celebration.

Backyard weddings are beautiful and personal—but they’re also full-scale productions! Unlike a venue, your home or private space doesn’t come with staff, timelines, or built-in logistics. That’s where we come in. We handle everything from rental coordination, layout planning, guest flow, vendor scheduling, and even crowd control so your day feels effortless and organized. We troubleshoot behind the scenes, manage setup and cleanup, and make sure nothing is overlooked—from where the caterer parks to where Grandma sits. With us on your team, your backyard transforms into a polished, stress-free wedding experience.

Our pricing is primarily based on the guest count and overall scope of the event. For example, our Day-of Coordination starts at $800 for smaller weddings, but the rate increases as the guest list grows. More guests often means larger rental orders, more décor, detailed crowd management, and the need for additional staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. This structure applies across all our packages—because every detail scales with the size and complexity of the celebration. We customize our services to match your needs and provide a clear proposal so there are no surprises
