We step in to help with vendor coordination, contract reviews, timeline creation, custom checklists, and design support—all leading up to seamless execution by your dedicated Day-of Coordinator, who’s with you every step of the way. Perfect for couples who need an expert to bring it all together.

At Elite Events Design, we go beyond checklists—offering full-service planning that blends expert guidance with personalized care. From venue scouting & vendor matchmaking to timeline creation, & custom design, we’re with you from “Yes!” to “I do.” Our exceptional communication means you’re never left wondering—Oh, and you get us on-site, start to finish. No handoffs. No stress. Just a beautifully planned wedding that feels so you.

Our Design & Decor service brings your vision to life with a fully customized experience. We handle sourcing, assembling, styling, and setup of every detail—plus coordinate with your florist, rental team, and lighting pros to ensure a cohesive look. A dedicated setup and breakdown team is included, and luxury design upgrades are available for an additional fee.

We’re your wedding day dream team—keeping things smooth, stress-free, and right on schedule. From guest flow and timeline magic to bridal assistance and MC/DJ coordination, we handle every transition like pros. Bonus: for weddings over 120 guests, you get a second coordinator (aka extra helping hands) at no extra cost. Let’s make it flawless!

    Hiring Kelly as our partial planner and day of coordinator was the best decision we could have made! It really took so much of the stress out of planning and she thought of things we never would have! The day of my wedding was perfect and my husband and I were truly able to enjoy every minute of it, while all the little details (and some big ones!) were handled.
