Hello! My name is Rachel Anderson, the creator behind Emerald Events LA. I'm an experienced event planner with certifcations from internationally recognized QC Event School. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality & wedding industry, I am confident I can create any vision you have for your next event.
My passion has been hospitality for over 15 years. 4 years ago I decided to to branch out and show clients what Emerald Events LA is capable of with their events. Whatever vision you have, big or small, I’m dedicated to making your idea come to life, in a way guests will never forget.

THE BEST COORDINATING EVER
Rachel and the team at Emerald Events LA were an absolute dream to work with. She was so organized and communicative the whole month and day - she was literally the best. The quality of their work and value was amazing, I am so glad I chose her to make our day so special. She made sure everything I had dreamed came to life, she kept us on timeline, and just made everything perfect. Rachel and her assistant truly made sure my wedding was absolutely a dream. Best coordinator ever!
Engagement Soirée was UNBELIEVABLE
Emerald Events LA was an absolute pleasure to work with for our engagement party. Their communication style was punctual, effective and calculated, ensuring we were always informed and our needs were met. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - they were thorough, organized, methodical and eloquent in their planning and execution. Emerald Events LA made sure we never had to think of anything except enjoying celebrating each. They truly felt like part of the family and we are so grateful for their invaluable contributions.
Amazing coordinator for the best day, ever.
Rachel was the day-of coordinator our wedding in February 2024 and it turned out to be the best day, ever! We went heavy with the DIY in both planning and decor for our wedding, so we needed someone who would be able to execute our vision. The communication leading up to the day was top-notch, and I felt very comfortable handing everything over to her. After Rachel and her team took the reins, things were smooth sailing and everything looked and felt exactly how we had imagined it. Her team also checked in on us throughout the night to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Thanks again, Rachel and team!
The best choice for a coordinator!!
Rachel at Emerald Events was the best choice for a day of coordinator that I could have made. She made my day so easy and flow so well. She was able to manage my husband and his friends who are not the easiest to round up. She made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be, kept everything on the timeline perfectly without hesitation. She also got the whole wedding packed up into the vans at the end of the night. She also helped me when I was having issues with other vendors, which was nice because it does get confusing if you aren't familiar with what they are asking for. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. If I ever have any other type of event, I will be reaching out to her first.
