Hey!  I'm Brandi, the founder of Epic Events!  I started planning events over 17 years ago with my own wedding, then weddings and events for family and friends.  Unfortunately, I didn’t hire an Event Planner/Coordinator for my wedding years ago.  Everything was beautiful!  However, it wasn't until a couple years later when I was looking through wedding pictures that I realized that I didn't get a single picture of just me and my mom.  To this day that saddens me.  This is why I'm so passionate about coordinating weddings, to ensure no bride has regrets from their wedding.

Epic Events offers an "experience" during the planning process. It's not just checking off things to do, but it is a smooth, seamless enjoyable experience all the way down the aisle! Most of our couples stay in touch long after their wedding is over!

    I cannot recommend Epic Events enough! From the very beginning, Brandi was incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and professional—making what could have been a stressful 7-month planning process seamless and enjoyable. Since we were planning our wedding reception long-distance, her virtual planning platform was a game-changer. The online portal kept everything in one place—timelines, contracts, inspiration boards, and checklists—so we never felt out of the loop. When in-person meetings weren’t possible, video calls ensured we were always on the same page. One of her biggest strengths was vendor management. She took the time to understand our vision and budget, then connected us with the perfect vendors who delivered beyond our expectations. She handled all the negotiations, contracts, and logistics, which took so much pressure off of us. On the day of the event, everything ran flawlessly because of her meticulous planning. She thought of every detail, from timelines to decor setup, so we could just relax and enjoy our celebration. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is responsive, detail-driven, and fantastic at long distance and/or local coordination, Brandi is the one. She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding reception perfect—worth every penny!

    I cannot recommend Brandi and Epic Events enough! We live out of state, and our planning process was smooth and flawless. From the first phone call with Brandi, I immediately felt like she was the planner for us. She made me feel at ease and like we would be taken care of down to the last detail. That feeling was correct! We talked on the phone and over Zoom for the planning process, and she facilitated everything we needed from out of state. Our wedding design was unbelievably gorgeous, like out of a fairy tale. The day of was flawless, and any behind the scenes issues were managed without us having a clue. We were able to enjoy the day with each other, and our friends and families. Brandi tied up any loose ends for us, and was truly amazing. 10/10, Seriously-- HIRE HER :)

    My husband and I truly appreciate Brandi and her team for everything they did to bring our wedding to life. Everyone was always professional and timely. I got married while in an accelerated program for nursing school and Brandi made everything as stress less as possible. She took care of so many things behind the scenes. I would definitely recommend Epic Events for the bride that wants to remain stress free.
