Dawn is THE BEST
Long story short: hire Dawn!! Dawn coordinated our wedding at Waterfall Lodge and we could have asked for a more supportive, collaborative, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, caring person to coordinate our day. From the start, communication was easy and Dawn was very responsive, transparent, and helped us create a wedding that aligned with our goals, values, and budget. She provided us with tons of resources to help us execute our day - sample timelines, layouts, vendor lists, tips and tricks, and more (in addition to lots of email communication and very thoughtful meetings leading up to our big day). Our wedding day was truly a dream - better than we could’ve ever imagined - and I strongly believe it is largely in part because Dawn (and the rest of our vendor team that mostly came from Dawn’s recommendations) was so on it. We were 100% present for our wedding and at peace knowing Dawn was in charge of our day. From the bottom of my heart and top of my brain, I couldn’t recommend Dawn more!! Thank you, Dawn, for helping us create the most perfect day to celebrate our love. :)

We have had the pleasure of working as a wedding vendor alongside Dawn for the past 6 years and can’t say enough about how great all of her events turn out. It's apparent that she really invests herself in each of her special celebrations. In addition, she makes our jobs as vendors that much easier. With so many wedding vendors and so many details that come together to create each special day, a planner will inevitably have many issues to troubleshoot . We have seen her handle these types of situations time and again professionally and with grace to keep the event running without anyone the wiser. Kudos! Simply put, every time we see Dawn’s name appear on our client’s worksheets, we know it’s going to be a good day! Thank you Dawn!!!!

I am a photographer and have worked with Dawn as a vendor at weddings countless times. She is one of my favorite planners to work with because she is friendly, thoughtful, organized, reliable, and great at her job! As a vendor, I love how easy she is to work with. She makes my job easier by being so organized and great with communication and support. I have watched Dawn work with many couples over the years and she is always going above and beyond to take care of their needs. Dawn is the epitome of a hard worker! Dawn is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication style is prompt, anticipatory of needs, and fun throughout the entire planning process. Her work is thoughtful, professional, and decisive, ensuring that couple's special day is a complete success. My favorite Dawn story is when a celebrity couple lost their venue due to storms just days before their Wedding. Dawn snapped into action to find a new, comparable venue straight away. She then coordinated with all the vendors and staff to ensure that we were all on the same page and up to date with the most recent changes. It was surely a stressful time for the couple, but I'm so glad that Dawn was in charge to make sure that their worst fears were alleviated. The Wedding was a great success!
