MC Works is owned and operated by Telluride local Evan Tueller. MC Works specializes in business services and event coordination. Whether you need help with a corporate or personal event, our team provides event coordination services for week-of or longer term contracts. Evan and her team seek to provide elegant, perfectly executed events, regardless of the occasion or budget.

We are based in rural Colorado, but have the experience of urban and international planners. Our event portfolio ranges from large to small scope, including NGO forums, fundraisers, corporate retreats, music performances, wedding festivities, and funeral services.

Description

Each event needs are unique, but follow a certain formula for design and implementation. Depending on your destination, theme, timeline, headcount, and budget, we can create a proposal to meet your requirements. If you are concerned for timeline or budget, please reach out and we are happy to discuss a practical plan.

This option pricing/services depends on the couple's needs - whether its a week-of coordinator for a Telluride regional destination elopement, or a contract coordinator for start to finish planning and execution. We provide all the above, so can tailor our services accordingly.

Need help with conceptualizing your event needs, or have a very specific ask? We've got you covered. Our team is local to southwest Colorado, we have lots of connections to regional venues, vendors, caterers, etc. We also provide technical and operational assistance, if you need help with web design, graphic/swag design, or logistics mapping.

This option is if you need a point person to handle your day-of logistics, but you are DIY for the rest of the planning process. Our team will handle execution of event needs for the day, including venue setup, vendor coordination, run of show implementation, attendee management, and all the factors in-between. We will focus on the details so you can enjoy being fully present for your event and attendees.
