Kristin Masini and Robin Tooker are mother daughter and co owners. Kristin has been in the event planning and Balloon business since the late 80's when she was running her parent's event business. Robin has worked in professional theatre on the design side and was able to take that experience to real life. Togther they create unique magical events for any occasion and any budget. If you can dream it they will endeavor to make it a reality.

Description	Start to finish planning for your perfect day. We will assist in venue selection, vendors, decor and a theme to fit within your budget. Be a main point of contact for all vendors, handle contracts and organize payments. Assistance with coordination of out of town guest stay, RSVP/invitation management, create a detailed wedding timeline, oversee set up and breakdown of your event. We handle everything so you and your partner, can enjoy Party!			Day of coordination includes: 2-hour consultation 4-6 weeks prior to the event. A detailed event timeline for you to review and approve two weeks before the event. Overseeing day of coordination, venue and decor set up, creative problem solving on behalf of the couple.

We only take on one wedding per day to ensure each couple receives our full attention and care. While we may coordinate more than one event over the course of a weekend, we treat every occasion with the utmost importance. You can rest assured that your event will receive our undivided focus and personalized service.

We're here for all your planning needs—every step of the way! Whether it's a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or bachelorette party, our goal is to make the experience easy, stress-free, and fun. And don't forget about us after your big day—we’re happy to help plan baby showers, birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, and more. Whatever special event you have in mind, we’re here to bring it to life!

When you work with us, you’ll be working directly with the owners and lead planners. We believe in providing a personal touch, which is why you'll have direct access to us throughout the entire planning process. One or both of us will be on-site on your big day to ensure everything runs smoothly—along with additional staff, if needed. Your event is our priority, and we're with you every step of the way.

Kristin has been in the event planning and balloon design industry since the late 1980s, starting out by managing her parents' event business. With decades of hands-on experience, she brings creativity, precision, and passion to every celebration. Robin comes from a professional theatre background, specializing in design. She’s translated that theatrical magic into real-world events, adding drama, elegance, and flair to every detail. Together, Kristin and Robin craft one-of-a-kind, unforgettable events tailored to any occasion and any budget.
