Within my professional career, I have had the privilege to travel to some amazing places and have had the opportunity to plan and work with a variety of events. Even going way back to college I helped organize an unlimited amount of events and even helped the years below be on their proms! I can easily say it has always been such a fun hobby that I truly enjoyed. Now, with many different jobs tried out I can confidently say, I have found my niche.

We tailor packages according to your specific needs as a couple, focusing on day-of coordination to guarantee a seamless wedding day. We can also cover setup, breakdown, and virtual planning consultations, we aim to ensure you feel confident throughout the planning process. Our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to reality. Description	Virtual Planning- Looking for help with some details starting, throughout or at the end of your planning. Book a phone call and we go through what you may need help with. Working with Sea Breeze Events was the single best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Cliona, the owner, is truly extraordinary. I would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We worked with Sea Breeze Events for Day of Coordination for our wedding on May 3, 2025, but what Cliona delivered went far beyond anything I could have expected. Her meticulous attention to detail, calming presence, and unwavering support made the entire experience seamless, joyful, and completely stress-free. The second we hired Cliona, she dove in head first! From the moment we started working together, Cliona was incredibly responsive, often replying to my texts within minutes, even late at night or early in the morning. Throughout the planning process, she made sure I felt empowered, supported, and heard. She never let anyone, vendors included, dictate how things should go. She was a fierce advocate for what I wanted, and I felt so taken care of because of it. On the wedding day, Cliona was with us from early in the morning until late at night, when she delivered our guest book, family photos and other decor items back to our house. I didn’t lift a finger. Everything ran flawlessly, and I genuinely believe that’s because of Cliona and her amazing team. I later found out that one of my bridesmaid’s dresses broke the morning of the wedding, and I had no idea, because Cliona quietly had it tailored and fixed within 45 minutes without anyone missing a beat. That’s just who she is: calm in chaos, totally capable, and always five steps ahead. She worked closely with our venue to ensure everything looked perfect, collaborated with our photographer to make sure we got every shot we wanted, kept our entire wedding party (and family!) on schedule, and brought a full team with her to manage every last detail down to steaming dresses so everything looked perfect. And more than anything, she genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She checked in with me frequently to make sure I felt calm and happy, and showed up with so much warmth and grace. Cliona doesn’t just do her job, she lives it. She feels like a friend, someone you can trust completely, and someone who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. I feel so lucky to have had Cliona on our wedding day! If you're getting married in the Newport area, Cliona/Sea Breeze Events is absolutely the way to go!

Cliona was SO helpful on our big day (5/31/25) as well as the weeks leading up to our wedding! She knew all the questions to ask our venue, catering, and other vendors. She joined our final calls with our venue to make sure we were all on the same page. She helped create a reasonable timeline and made sure we, and our vendors, stayed to it. She also solved any issue that came up on the day of and prioritized making sure we had a great time. She also made sure we had some moments of privacy to ourselves, which was amazing. Cliona was such a calming and reassuring presence throughout our wedding planning and on the day of. We truly can’t recommend her enough! Even when it was pouring rain, and the wind was blowing 30mph right before the ceremony, she had us calm, relaxed, and excited for our outdoor wedding. And she was right, the sun came out just in time! She had our guests and family organized perfectly for the ceremony and processional, so all my husband and I had to do was walk and take in the moment. At the end of the night Cliona and her team made sure all of our belongings, decor, flowers, cake, and gifts made it home, and my husband I were free to jump on the trolley to the afterparty with our friends. priceless!! If you want a stress free wedding day, Cliona is the way to go!

From the moment we started planning our wedding with Sea Breeze Events, we were impressed by their quick response time, clear communication, and easy-to-work-with approach. Cliona and Lexi, the dedicated, creative, and hard-working wedding planners, were truly invaluable in bringing our special day to life. They were always 20 steps ahead, anticipating our every need and concern. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy the celebration, knowing that everything was taken care of. Cliona even coordinated with her husband's restaurant, The Protective Club, to deliver sandwiches for the entire wedding party, while we were getting ready, which was such a thoughtful touch. Sea Breeze Events exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are so grateful for their incredible service.

I cannot recommend Cliona strongly enough! She was my Day of Coordinator, and put me at ease - not jus ton my wedding day, but from the first call we had. She knows exactly what she's doing, and has a relaxed, flexible way of doing it that made me feel like anything I needed to be handled on the day, she had it covered. She also had my back throughout the day, like keeping the bridal party on task, and even helping steer guests away from our table so my husband and I could actually eat dinner for a couple minutes. She helped move decorations from the ceremony to the reception seamlessly, and did such a good job packing everything up after recpetion, clean up the next morning was a breeze. I planned my wedding myself, but wanted someone to be me on the day of and keep everything on track. Cliona did the perfect job of that.
