From the beginning, we were transparent about our two payment options and offered the most cost-effective pricing based on the needs you communicated. As is our standard practice, we schedule an initial planning meeting after a booking is confirmed so that we can gain a full understanding of each client’s vision. As you booked less than a week ago, we simply had not yet reached that stage. While we are a small business, we take our work very seriously and put great effort into providing a high level of service to every client. We understand that our availability or structure may not work for everyone, and we respect when clients determine that another provider might be a better fit. It’s important to clarify that no money was “taken.” You selected a package with clear terms and conditions, including a non-refundable clause that was agreed upon at the time of booking. We understand that clients sometimes change their minds, and we do our best to approach those situations with compassion while honoring the agreements in place. We regret that we were not the right fit for your planning needs, and we sincerely hope you find the perfect partner to bring your special day to life.
