Hi! I'm Hannah, the owner and lead coordinator behind Stonas Weddings & Events. I dove headfirst into wedding planning after years of experience in event management, and I haven’t looked back since! I’m passionate about creating seamless, stress-free celebrations so couples can truly enjoy their day. What sets me apart is how personally I take this job. I recently got married myself, and unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with my own Day-Of Coordinator. It made me realize just how important this role is—and how much of a difference it can make. That experience drives me to go above and beyond for my couples. Full Service Wedding Planning Includes Day-Of Coordination + all planning add-ons (except Rehearsal Dinner). Unlimited planning meetings & weekday communication, venue walkthrough, unlimited venue hours, wedding assistant, stationery guidance, and help setting priorities.

Add-Ons (Prices Vary): • Setup & Cleanup (OR only) • Timeline Creation – $100 • Décor Guidance – $150 • Vendor List – $200 • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination • Monthly Meetings (6 mo. out) – $200 • Unlimited Communication – $300 From timeline help to design advice and hands-on setup, choose what fits your needs and budget!

Day-Of Coordination – $1400 We handle the logistics so you can enjoy your day stress-free. Includes vendor coordination, timeline management, ceremony/reception flow, issue resolution, rehearsal leadership, and DJ/emcee cues. Comes with 1–3 planning sessions, timeline feedback, planning docs, and up to 10 hours of coverage. Custom packages available.

    Hannah did an amazing job with our wedding. She was professional and responsive. She went above and beyond, helping my vision come to life both on the wedding day and the weeks leading up to it. She was a great problem solver and very detail-oriented. I'd recommend her to every Oregon bride!

    Hiring Hannah as our day-of-coordinator was hands down the best vendor decision we made and the top piece of advice we’ll be giving any friends planning a wedding. We were honestly on the fence about whether we even needed a coordinator, but after our first call with Hannah, we felt totally affirmed in our decision to hire her. She’s so easy to talk to- friendly, quick, responsive, and just on top of it. She helped us iron out our timeline, calmed any logistical worries, and gave us the space to actually enjoy the week leading up to the wedding (and the day of!). I loved that she came to the rehearsal so our friends and family could put a face to her name too. She had thoughtful suggestions, executed everything perfectly, and kept our reception running on time seamlessly. And the little things made such a big difference- she brought food from our cocktail hour while we were taking photos, made sure we got our dinner served first, and even kept drinks coming to us. 10/10 recommend- Hannah is a total pro and we’re so thankful we had her!

    Working with Hannah was the best decision I made for my wedding! She allowed me to hand over the reigns and completely relax and enjoy my day. Hannah is so kind, loving, has great attention to every detail, is calm under pressure, communicates so well, and executed my vision perfectly. As my day of coordinator, she took all the questions from people, led out in set up and take down, communicated with all the vendors, made sure my wedding timeline moved along, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, and SO much more. She hyped us up and kept us calm. To anyone about to tackle a wedding, hiring Hannah will truly let you have the best day ever.
