Woodzi began her artistic career studying classical painting at Tyler School of Art, but the COVID-19 pandemic shifted her focus to community and connection. She began organizing local events in South Philadelphia, including block parties, fundraisers, and weddings, which deepened her appreciation for shared experiences. Now, as an event coordinator by day and artist by night, Woodzi uses her creativity to inspire and uplift communities, aiming to leave every space better than she found it through collaboration and positivity.

I truly can't say enough good things about working with Woodzi — she was so helpful in the weeks leading up to our wedding, coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly that day so we could focus on the celebration. Her chalkboard art was also excellent and really contributed to the atmosphere at our venue. Woodzi is a rock star and I can highly recommend booking her for your wedding or event!

Five stars simply aren't adequate for how wonderful Woodzi is! Woodzi coordinated our wedding in Philadelphia and did the most amazing job, including helping coordinate a surprise for the bride with multiple vendors (venue, photographers, DJ, string quartet, etc.). But more than just her capable hard work, she was with us and supportive the entire process. Weddings are hard and emotionally trying, and Woodzi was our moral support- felt more like a friend at every turn. I'd almost get married again just to have Woodzi!

Woodzi was wonderful to work with! Professional, responsive, and very thorough. As a wedding planner, I’m prepared for any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise. I always have a backup plan in place, whether it's for bad weather, vendor no-shows, or last-minute changes. I keep contingency options ready, like alternative venues, indoor setups, or trusted backup vendors, and I stay in close communication with the couple to make adjustments as needed. My experience has taught me to remain calm under pressure, troubleshoot quickly, and ensure the couple's vision is still executed smoothly, no matter what challenges come up on the big day.

Month of/Day of, Partial planning, and Full service planning all include Bi weekly meetings until 6 weeks from your wedding where we start to meet once a week. I'm always available via email, and a week from your event, you can expect to text or call me with any issues or concerns for immediate replies. I'm always reachable through every stage of your planning process!

My experience spans various styles, including traditional, modern, rustic, and destination weddings, so I’m comfortable working with different themes and settings. I specialize in DIY weddings, and I’m particularly skilled at managing complex logistics, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. My goal is always to create a stress-free experience for couples, handling all the behind-the-scenes details so they can focus on enjoying their big day.

My adaptability, especially when it comes to day of. Most planners I've seen lack adaptability when it comes to issues that come up last minuet. I take pride in my ability to keep a calm with a level head when facing multiple issues at once, and adapting to the situation in front of me to find solutions quickly and seamlessly.
