Yes, Self-Parking is available at no cost.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, white linens, fire pit and 1 hour rehearsal

No, due to our liquor license you are not able to bring in any outside alcohol.

For Friday and Saturdays, 10 hours are included with end time being 11PM. Sunday, 9 hours are included with end time being 10PM.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

The security deposit shall be refunded in the event of a cancellation, and, if clients have conducted a tasting of their menu and received a catering proposal for the event, the catering deposit shall be retained to recoup the investment in the event; If cancellation is made more than 365 days prior to the event, 75% of the Rental Fee payments made to date will be refunded, and 25% shall be retained by Bellawood Farm as liquidated damages. Please see contract for full cancellation policy.
