I got married at Casi Cielo Vineyards. The moment with met with Jaclyn, we knew we found our venue. We shopped around the county for other all-inclusive services and it was clear that Casi Cielo was the right place for us. Jaclyn was so easy to work with and communicate with. Any time I had a question, Jaclyn would get back to me within a business day. She provides clear deadlines for decision making, and the packages are great. Their preferred caterer provided excellent options that were cost effective. (Everyone knows catering is the most expensive part of wedding planning, I can guarantee all your guests will compliment the menu) A day-of-coordinator is included with the package. This is a person fully knowledgeable on the developed timeline and the venue. It's like having a wedding fairy who is set out to make your wedding day just go right. Casi Cielo makes it really easy to have the wedding of your dreams, starting with how simply beautiful it is. All our guests said they felt like they were in a different country. It's the perfect escape from the noise of the County. I couldn't help but notice some of the bad reviews included details clearly stated on the contracts. As a bride, I made sure to explain that the road to the venue is a little bumpy, that there was a strict no-shot policy, and the wedding will end by 10pm. It's a shame some folks had some bad experiences, but a responsible host will tell their guests what to expect. Overall, I would recommend this venue to any couple looking to celebrate their wedding at an intimate scale.

We got married in the Fall and the venue was truly one of the most beautiful things we have experienced. From the romantic lighting in the evening to the sunset hitting all the pumpkins and poppy’s that were growing in the field, the candles everywhere, the outdoor fireplace, it was absolutely stunning. The venue was the highlight of our big day, you don’t need to worry about anything because when we booked, everything was was done. You can tell that the details matter and for someone like me, who really doesn’t enjoy planning something so detailed, it was the easiest thing working with their team. We didn’t have to do any extra work, they had options for EVERYTHING. The food was also incredible. My sister works as a wedding planner in Texas and I have worked in the corporate fine dining background for over a decade and we both agreed, it was a 10/10. Jaclyn was the reason we chose the venue. When searching for a venue we went through a few different ones. We had the cookie cutter venues then the venues who didn't feel organized enough. When we met with Jaclyn we were so comforted and just felt at ease. She answered all of our questions and knew everything we could possibly think of. The planning process was a breeze. She answered efficiently and quickly whenever I sent her an email or had any inquires. The week before we got a little rain scare and she was texting me every couple hours to keep me at ease and telling me all of the contingency plans. Fast forward to the day of and having her and the day of coordinator made our day. I cannot say it enough. Day of they had their sh*t together. Everything was perfect. We ended up getting a little sprinkle day of and Jaclyn, her husband and the coordinator kicked it into high gear and did everything possible to minimize the water and keep everything how it should. We got extremely lucky and it really only rained during the cocktail hour but they put up easy-ups where needed and just made the decisions that needed to be made to keep everyone comfortable. Our guests are still talking to us and telling us how excellent everything was. I highly recommend everyone look at Casi Cielo and consider it for their day.
