About this venue
The building housing West Sixth Covington Haus has a rich history. Originally erected as a firehouse, it boasts beautiful arched windows and intricate exterior stonework. Over the years, it has been home to several notable establishments. We have options for a semi-private rehearsal dinner or welcome party space as well as a full building buy out to host your wedding! West Sixth Brewing is an award-winning brewery based in Lexington, Kentucky, operating a taproom in our home city, a farm in Frankfort, a Louisville taproom in the NuLu neighborhood, and new Covington Haus taproom in Covington, KY. We produce a wide variety of beers that we distribute throughout Kentucky. We’re driven by brewing high-quality creative beers, making a positive social impact on the communities we’re a part of, and creating an awesome place to work for our team.

The Stables
Perfect spot for a laid-back rehearsal dinner or to host friends and family for your welcome party while you enjoy some great Kentucky crafted beers.
The Stables at West Sixth Covington Haus are four semi-private tables tucked in the back of our Covington location. Once stalls for the firehouse horses, "The Stables" take their name from the building’s history. You can still see the original window bars from the old stalls. This space seats up to 32 guests comfortably, or about 40 if your group prefers to mingle and stand.

Our Northern Kentucky taproom located in Covington’s original firehouse, and named for Mick Noll’s Covington Haus that opened in the 70s, West Sixth Cov Haus is awash in natural light with 18 beers on tap and is the perfect spot to host your large wedding group or event.
