A kind lifesaver and great person
Carlos and the team at Custom Made Video were an absolute lifesaver for us. After losing our wedding video years ago, I reached out to them on the off chance they might still have it. Not only did they find the footage, but they went above and beyond to recover, digitize, and re-edit it. The final product was incredible - watching our wedding again with my wife and kids brought back memories we thought were gone forever. Carlos and his team were easy to talk to throughout the entire process and their commitment to high quality work is evident in the final video. I can't thank them enough - their dedication and attention to detail mean the world to us.

I can’t say enough about how grateful we are that we went with Carlos at Custom Made Videos!! He was recommended to me by a long term friend whose opinion I value highly. Once we reviewed Carlos’ website and spoke with him on the phone, we knew we had to go with him!! He is so down to earth and so easy to work with and he just gets it! He had us laughing all day and we felt so comfortable with him and as though he was part of the family. He sent us a quick sneak peek while he was working on the whole video and it got us so excited. And then when we got our complete video, we were speechless. He perfectly captured the overwhelming feelings of love, joy, happiness, and bliss that we felt on our wedding day and I’m so grateful that we have this movie of our beautiful day to watch when ever we wish. He captured the beauty of our ceremony, the party on the dance floor, all the heart felt moments, and even through in the surprise of hilarious footage from our Photo Booth. Highest recommendation! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Carlos and custom made video. From the first phone call, all the way to him checking in to see if I received and enjoyed the video. Carlos was a pro who worked to find the perfect package for us and made us feel our wedding day was as important to him as it is to us. On the wedding day itself you couldn’t even tell there was a camera there recording. We always knew exactly how long it was until we received our finished product. Then the finished product was everything we could have hoped for and more. The quality of the video was insane, beautiful edits and breathtaking wedding recap. All the little details, including cocktail hour, the decorations and the memorial table were shot. They captured all the emotion, love and fun of our special day. Carlos made us a fabulous wedding video and was so quick in getting it back to us. We received a photo booth video on top of our wedding video and everyone who has seen it, loves it. Carlos is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. He was responsive to all of my questions, and is prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him for other weddings!
