Sarah went above and beyond to help my husband and I in what can only be described as a spiral of unfortunate events. We were set to be married in December in Ohio when 11 days from our big day our venue burnt down. Very long story short..we decided to take our family and some of our friends down to the smoky mountains to get eloped to keep our original date because that’s where we got engaged. Sarah was my guardian angel. In less then 10 days She found us a open venue that would give us a time slot for a small ceremony! She put out posts to locals to help me find a hair/makeup team and a videographer on a very limited timeline. She calmed me down when two hair/makeup teams canceled on me the day before and the day of. Not to mention she fought crazy weather (that day the south had the biggest line of tornadoes in history) and literally kept me laughing through every single let down. Her, my best friend and I rode out the craziness of the day together. Most of all through hell and high water..she was there to capture what was left of my original wedding day. So down the road I could have memories to show my kids. And she’s agreed to continue to capture the moments this year at our redo wedding in Ohio. She’s literally the best. She’s not just my photog. “It was my lucky day the day I met the Animus Art team at a bridal expo and won their free engagement photo shoot. When my (now) husband and I met with them over coffee (the way to their hearts, I found later) to talk about the shoot, I hadn't intended on choosing our wedding photographer then. We ended up loving their work so much...but more importantly, we fell in love with them as people. They have such a passion for what they do and for the people they work with, and it shows through in every conversation, every laugh, and every photo. My husband and I stayed after they left to discuss it, and we decided that day to choose them. We had lofty goals for our engagement shoot. We wanted to do a Pixar-inspired theme. I'm a perfectionist and had a vision of what I wanted. What we got was so much more. For our wedding photos...they captured moments I didn't know I needed. Some of my favorite shots are candid photos only their eyes would have seen. And once we found out we were pregnant, we immediately turned to them to not only help us capture the maternity and newborn moments, but the birth process as well. That's how close we've become with Pedro and Burcu...they were the only people we trusted to be in the room the moment our first child was born. The photographs are more than I could have hoped for, and looking at them brings tears to my eyes. They were able to capture so many emotions, and those photos are a gift I'll never be able to repay. I can't recommend them enough, and there aren't words for how much their dedication to those precious moments in our lives means to me. I can't imagine a special occasion without them...not only as photographers, but now as friends.”

“When we came across Paige's work on the internet, we just knew that we wanted her to be our photographer for our wedding. Her eye is so great and she does what few photographers can, capture the emotion present with her lens. Our wedding was supposed to be a very large, 2 day affair. Then covid decided to put the kibosh on it all and our wedding turned out to be the 2 of us, an officiant and Paige. She beautifully rolled with the punches during this time and elegantly communicated with us and gave us wonderful client service in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. She is a true class act. We ended up shooting 2 different days in 2 different cities, both indoor and outdoor and even next to the Palm Springs windmills in 60 mph wind gusts! Paige was a true trouper and had all the right gear for every occasion. My (now) husband and I previously didn't really like the way we looked in photos hardly ever and were a bit concerned. We expressed this to Paige. The photos that we got back from her blew our minds. We loved all of them! It was so hard to narrow it down to show people! She not only captured light beautifully and has a wonderful eye for detail but she truly captured our love through her lens and made us feel beautiful. To top all of that off, she is an amazing human as well. Paige is a joy to work with and a brilliant photographer. I highly recommend working with her for any occasion.”
